I added mashed potatoes but this was also delicious. As in the reviews, it is true that I would be happier if they gave me soup instead of miso soup, but the miso soup was also delicious. The salad also included baby leaves, and I think it is a good level as a salad included with lunch!

Usually I went to another steak & hamburger shop in Hachioji. Since the other party was closed on Tuesday, I also checked this one, so I came here for my son's birthday this time. First visit, the time and space and taste and quality of food that passed in my gourmet list in one go.. The amount of money that has an image of being more expensive than chain stores, but I felt it was a perfect price, including the quality of meat and taste of meat, as well as side menus. If I add a personal opinion request, I like the salt for the steak accompaniment to be a little finer. And, if possible, it would be great if there was a fresh wasabi topping 😃

Looking at the menu, it says 'This is a hamburger that luxuriously uses 100% Wagyu beef. To enjoy the freshly baked hot taste, we bake the surface fragrantly and serve it in a rare state inside. Please cut the cross section and bake lightly with pellets (baking stones) and enjoy while heating it. (Not for raw consumption)'. Since it is a hamburger steak from the beginning, choose 150g for 1200 yen or 200g for 1550 yen. I chose 200g and also received beef tendon stew 460 yen excluding tax. Waiting for less than 8 minutes, the stew came first, followed by salad, hamburger plate, rice and miso soup, all complete. First, I eat the stew. The soft beef tendon with sweet and sour seasoning is delicious. Even if there was a beef tendon lunch, it would be good. Next, I cut the hamburger with a knife and fork. The accompaniment is only broccoli and a little lonely, but it seems to be a style to enrich with toppings. It is between rare and medium rare, but I bake it with pellets and dip it in the slightly sour hamburger sauce and eat it. It is meaty and delicious. In between, I also ate salad, but the sturdy colorful salad is good. I can make it a Caesar salad for +150 yen, so I want to do that next time. Hamburger and beef tendon stew were both delicious, thank you for the meal.

I went around 20:00 on Sunday night and was able to enter smoothly without reservation, so I was a little lucky. I ordered 100% Wagyu bacon egg hamburger! The surface of the hamburger is baked but the inside is rare. I bake it according to my own taste, so it was very good to be able to enjoy various ways of eating. A little drawback is that there is no parking lot. I will go eat again!
