Since I was traveling around a lot, I stopped at this branch I found along the road and had lunch in the car. I ordered my favorite 九州チキン南蛮弁当, and it tasted reliably good. I was having trouble because PASMO couldn't be used at the ticket machine, but a staff member told me I could use it at the counter register, which was a relief.
View on GoogleA reliable bento shop offering good value👍I always use online ordering because there's no waiting.
View on GoogleJust an ordinary ほっともっと. But……this branch has a ticket machine with a monitor yet also accepts direct orders at the counter, so it's completely pointless and makes no sense. I don't think it's right that someone who arrives first and is searching through the ticket machine to order gets overtaken by someone who arrives later and orders directly at the counter, making the first person's order take longer. Shouldn't they consider either removing the ticket machine or no longer accepting direct counter orders?
View on GoogleThe female staff member handing over the bento didn't even say “Thank you” and was extremely unfriendly and unpleasant. If she can't manage even the most basic acknowledgment, it'd be better if she weren't there. However, the male staff member in the kitchen at the back did say “Thank you.
View on GoogleI went to buy food at night, but the rice was hard and still uncooked in the middle. I prefer firm rice, but this was simply inedible. All my children left theirs too. Being given this after paying was unpleasant enough, but when I called to explain, he just casually said “Sorry” and that was it. I'm not asking for a refund or anything, but I feel this man doesn't care at all. If you're being paid to work, I think you should do it responsibly.
