ヒルサイドカフェ・バーゼルHILL SIDE CAFE BASEL
Basel, the city in northern Switzerland where the founder trained in making sweets, is located on the border of France and Germany, has old European culture and history, and is a region surrounded by rich nature. The Alsace region around Basel has been loved by many people for its local cuisine and local sweets passed down since ancient times, and without forgetting the flow of time that has been cultivated for many years in Europe and homage to culture, pursuing a taste full of love and a relaxing and heart-rich moment full of love every day in Japan is our BASEL's reason for existence. Currently, we are developing cake cafes in the Tama area centered on [Hachioji] and [Hino], and the Lake Yamanaka resort. Being authentic, simple, and delicious...

The atmosphere is very nice and I like it. I like the design and decoration and I gave five stars. But there is one problem and it's a large parking space which is crowded with cars and it disturbes the whole view and comfort of sitting outside. In terms of service it's good however there is no communication for example being two persons there, we got the ordered food one by one. For example one of us already finished the food and the other one was not ready. The salad was really nice and tasty but the Pitza was a simple light and tiny bread with lots of tomato sauce. The pasta was normal but the cream was tasty. The size was small and the price was high and more expensive than other places may be three times more esp. for a small size of food. We also ordered cake with tea and coffee. They look delicious but unfortunately all the cakes have alcohol in them. It made the taste bitter and the cakes have a lot of cream which is not balanced. I personally prefer to have at ralst few options non alcoholic but... Also the price for the coffee and cakes is more expensive than other places. There is a small section for gifts but again nice and expensive...
View on GoogleSuper chillax cafe. Drinks are slightly more expensive than average but second cup/glass is half d price. Breakfast plates come with omelette, salad, soup and bread at a reasonable price. Love the atmosphere.
View on GoogleNice place and great cakes, if a touch pricey, but having to wait 15 minutes for a coffee indicates poor management at best.
View on GoogleI used it for breakfast in the morning. The inside of the shop is spacious and basically clean, but if you look closely, there are some things that bother me. First, the glass at the entrance. Hand stains are quite noticeable, so I think it should be wiped thoroughly before opening. Also, there was quite a lot of dust accumulated on the lamp shade of the lighting. This area stands out precisely because the inside of the shop is spacious and clean. The toilet is average. Since it is painted with aging, it is a bit difficult to judge whether it is the original atmosphere or dirt. Regarding breakfast, I am personally a little dissatisfied. You can choose potage or consommé for soup, and the plate also comes with juice. Furthermore, if you order one drink, there is just too much liquid. Personally, I would be much happier if the vegetable juice on the plate was removed and replaced with one more bread. The whipped cream was delicious. The madeleine that came after that was also delicious. The coffee is average. However, if two people use it, it exceeds 3,000 yen, so more than 1,700 yen per person. If breakfast exceeds 1,700 yen, it is a price equivalent to lunch. Recently, coffee alone costs about 700 to 800 yen, so maybe it is unavoidable considering the current prices, but if you think about it, there is not much sense of cheapness that "it is breakfast so it is profitable". I think there could be a little ingenuity in the content. The accounting system seems to use a Recruit-type AI register, but for me personally, this was quite difficult to use. I think there are easier-to-use ordering systems, so I feel doubtful about relying entirely on the AI register. However, from the shop's point of view, it might be easy to manage. The response of the female staff was very good. I was able to use it comfortably here. The parking lot might be a little narrow if it is only in front of the eyes. There might be other parking lots. It seems to be a shop that is quite chain-developed, so if they could improve the details a little more, my evaluation would increase significantly personally.
View on GoogleVisit with children for holiday lunch. The pizza was baked in a kiln and was delicious! The pasta had an impression of being small in quantity and felt expensive. The cakes and drinks had many types, and it was good! What bothered me was that the staff's attitude was not very good, it felt like they wouldn't do it unless told, and that was a pity.
