Very friendly, well priced, been going here for about 18 months now.
View on GooglePreviously, I booked the pet hotel for the first time, left my dog for two nights and three days, and had grooming done at the same time. The day after picking my dog up, I went to another clinic for a vaccination. 2 days after collecting my dog from the hotel, part of the black paw pad had peeled slightly and turned red. I thought it might be a burn, so I hurried to the clinic where the vaccination had been given and was told it was a burn. But I couldn't remember anything that might have caused one, and said, “I think the ground was hot on yesterday's walk.” They said burns become red and painful after 2 or 3 days. 2 or 3 days earlier was when my dog was at this hotel. At the clinic, I was told that this kind of burn would require a hair dryer to have been directed at the dog's front paws for a considerable time. The vet also said that the unusual thing was that if hot ground during a walk had caused the burns, both the front and back paws, all 4, should have been burned. But only the two front paws were burned. They said it wasn't certain, but if it had happened 2 or 3 days earlier, it might have happened at this hotel. Not only that, the vet at the vaccination clinic asked, “Your dog was groomed, right?” Yet the areas between the paw pads were dirty, the fur was dirty too, and the front paws hadn't been properly groomed. I'd previously heard from neighbors that grooming here was careless, but at a glance my dog looked clean, so I used them 2 or 3 times. This incident showed me that the finer grooming details weren't being handled properly, which was disappointing. There is no evidence about the burns either, so I can't say anything for certain, but I can't help thinking they happened here. Thank you for everything up to now.
View on GoogleI had my iPhone screen repaired here. They completely broke it. My precious, precious videos of my child and everything else were all gone. Before they started, I specifically asked, “Should I back it up or anything!?” They told me there was no need, the data wouldn't disappear, and it would be fine. Feeling reassured, I asked them to repair the screen, but now I feel deceived. When I went to collect the phone, what the owner? said was shocking, and saying I was angry doesn't begin to cover it. “The screen repair is finished. But it won't turn on now. Was this actually working before?” I was like, “Huh!?” Why the hell would I go out of my way to have the screen repaired on an iPhone that didn't work? I requested the screen repair because it worked, and why were they talking as if it was my fault? Admit your mistake, admit you broke it, I was absolutely furious. What's more, when I handed over that phone, I had it open and was using it, you know!? Right in front of them. They said I didn't have to pay, and I thought, “Of course I don't!” Even if they'd told me to pay, I wouldn't pay for this. Then, on the day they returned the broken phone, I rushed to a proper iPhone Doctor and had them inspect it right there. As soon as the Doctor opened the phone, they said 3 screws were missing. They said the other place had not only broken the phone, but lost screws as well. There's a limit to how careless you can be. I don't even want to go near that shop anymore. It's absolutely awful. It had precious videos of my child on it, I can't believe it.
View on GoogleThis cafe is within a 1-minute walk of Otsuka-Teikyo-Daigaku Station. It has an area where you can interact with pets, which is unusual for cafes nearby. Despite that area, the smell wasn't particularly bothersome. The matcha latte is on the sweet side.
View on GoogleYou can have your dog groomed while waiting in the dog cafe. Grooming also gets you a discount on food and drinks.
