Passionate and experienced chef! Mega yummy! Live cooking, phantastic price/ performance relationship. Focus on meat - beef is of outstanding quality!
View on GoogleThe waiters frequently made mistakes taking orders. The food was good but came too late.
View on GoogleI dined at ビストロパンダ 炭焼きフレンチ 八王子. This time, while enjoying wine, I ordered à la carte dishes such as penne, ajillo, and honeycomb tripe stewed in tomato. Every dish was carefully made with high-quality flavor, and it was thoroughly satisfying. The honeycomb tripe stewed in tomato in particular had a deep umami and was a memorable dish. The wine selection is extensive too, and being able to pair it with the food is another plus. The atmosphere inside is calm without being too casual, a space where you can enjoy a leisurely meal. Just one thing: there were times when the food took a while to come out, and I felt it would be even better if operations improved a bit. Even so, overall satisfaction was high, and it's a place I'd like to come back to.
View on GoogleAbout a 3-minute walk from JR Hachioji Station. A bistro tucked away on a side street one block off the main road. As the name suggests, there's a picture of a panda hanging up. The chopstick rests are pandas too. Cute. ・Red sea bream carpaccio ・Octopus and shirasu ajillo ・Raclette cheese ・Margherita ・Duck confit ・Roast beef We ate quite a lot. Everything was delicious. The wine kept flowing. The conversation flowed too. Happiness. The standout was the duck confit. Fall-apart, juicy and tender, with umami filling your whole mouth. For the raclette, I'd be happy if they put on a little more cheese・・・. The staff (part-timers?) gave a businesslike impression. I wish there'd been a few more smiles. Visited 2025.11
View on GoogleA homey place where everything you eat is delicious🍴 They have seasonal menus so you never get bored♪ The photo was from summer, so it's a cold cheese fondue🫕 It was an interesting dish(*´艸`*) It's not a cheap place, but I can recommend it😊 It gets pretty crowded, so it might be safer to make a reservation、、、You can go alone too🍷
