A handmade bakery shop that leans towards hard types using domestic wheat and homemade yeast. By fermenting slowly over a long period of time at low temperature (overnight), the original flavor of wheat is brought out. The chewy texture of the crumb is a feature. ・In addition to bread, there are scone, canelé, and drink menus ・There are 4 free space seats ・Cashless recommended ・Bicycle parking OK ・There is a leash hook ・There is no parking lot, please use the nearby one. ※Phone is only served on business days from 12:00 to 17:30

I've been curious for a long time, and this time I stopped by for the first time after the dentist. I was worried about whether I could enter because there were 2 people inside, but when I went inside, there was an eat-in space and it felt surprisingly spacious. The atmosphere in the store was also quiet and comfortable, and the staff was kind, so I liked it. I bought 3 items: caramel & chocolate scone, petit bread, and rustique tuna cheese! (The petit bread was eaten first so there is no photo😅‪‪) The petit bread was chewy and tasted like wheat like other people's reviews, it was delicious! The cheese that popped out of the outside of the rustique bread was crispy, and the dough was chewy! Tuna and cheese are also plentiful, so this one piece is very satisfying🧀 The scone also smells good♪ I could taste both the crispy and crumbly texture. I'm going to the dentist nearby again, so I hope I can stop by then. I'll buy other breads🍞

On the way to a nearby shop, there was a line of about 5-6 people in front of the shop, so I was curious, and after finishing my errand, I stopped by around 12:30, there were still 2 people inside and 1 person queuing outside, so I decided to queue behind. When I asked the person in front, it was a natural yeast bakery, and it was my first time too, but because it's a small shop, they said only 2 people can enter at a time. Finally when it was my turn, the variety had decreased a lot after being bought. When passing by, there was someone buying a lot on a tray~ This time I only bought 3 items, but the bread was chewy and there were red beans and beans that I like, so it was delicious. Worth taking the train to buy. I will take revenge again!

Handmade bakery near the station🍞🥖Since July, business hours are shorter and closed 3-5 days a week, so the hurdle is quite high🙂‍↕️ Centered on hard types, but there is also bread🍞Inside the store is narrow, full if 1 person enters, and the price is also expensive and small😚 Cafe au lait scone contains various ingredients such as orange and white chocolate, moist and delicious🤤 But the price is 370 yen which is quite expensive, so it seems difficult for daily use😞

Oh, trouble~. My favorite bakery has increased. I went to a cake shop that is famous for being delicious, and bought delicious baked goods, but the moment I was about to eat them while walking, there was an unusual shop... and a bakery, and inside the door there was a good smell, and the appearance clearly looked delicious. There's no way I wouldn't buy it. Since it's my first time today, first I bought campagne. Then fruit nut, and strawberry bean bread. Everything is good. Campagne is quite moist, the texture is somewhat chewy, melts in the mouth, the sweetness of wheat is also felt, and there is acidity in the back, it is delicious to eat as it is. For dinner, I put and sandwiched various things (ham, cream cheese, Indian carrot halwa, spiced sweet potato marinade, apple jam), and everything accepted them well. My friend was crazy about the cream cheese and halwa mix. (lol) Fruit nut and strawberry bean bread, I had for breakfast. Strawberry bean bread, it's really 🍓 bean bread. The presence of strawberry is strong! Sweet but not too sweet. It goes very well with the chewy and moderately firm bread. This seems to have many fans. Fruit nut, oh wow, a luxurious bread, or should I call it a luxurious sweet bread for adults? Because it's a hard type, it might not be for children or people with weak jaws or teeth, but the nuts and dried fruits that are full in the dough feel like they are dancing. But like dancing in a dance hall, even though they are mixed, no one collides, such a world is in my mouth! (lol) But, the perfection makes me want to say that. The lingering taste of the bread left at the end was also good. It goes very well with herbal tea. I will go again.
