This is a gem! The shoyu ramen is delicious. The broth is deep in taste but remains delicate, not too strong so you can still enjoy the taste of the ramen and various chashu. It is only 6 seats so you must wait outside. It will get very hot waiting in the sun at lunch time, but it is worth it. I hope I can go again on my next visit to Tokyo.

I went to this restaurant on Saturday 17:00. I was first one and I ordered Tokusei Chuka Soba. This place was my favorite Ramen Restaurant Motsuke was there. I heard the Enishi‘s chef is the concern of TanTan. It was really good. I enjoyed very much.

Order:中華そば1,000円 Visit date:May 18, 2026 (Monday) Visit time:10:55 Restaurant status:1 person waiting outside Opening time:11:00, closed:Wednesday and Sunday Ordering:meal ticket machine, water:self-service ①Chuka soba details The soup combines clear chicken and pork broth with seafood stock, and is translucent with a moderate soy sauce color and aromatic oil floating on the surface. The noodles are medium-thin and straight, topped with 2 slices of chashu, menma, komatsuna, and onion. ②Soup A lovely seafood stock aroma! With one sip, the umami of seafood stock such as dried sardines and fish flakes gradually but distinctly comes through. The soy sauce seasoning is just right, and there's a little acidity too—very delicious! The stock flavor is stronger than last time, and it feels closer in taste to Hachioji ramen soup. It's a flavor I like. ③Noodles Silky and smooth on the tongue, with a firm, chewy bite that goes perfectly with the soup! They go down so smoothly! ④Toppings There are 2 types of chashu. The rare chashu is moist, tender, and delicious! The braised pork belly is tender and seems to melt in your mouth—delicious! The mound of onions feels very TanTan-like! ⑤Other comments I came back after a year, and it had been refined further. I was happy that the soup was simply delicious and had become a flavor I really like. It feels so much like Hachioji ramen that I think you could call it that, and it seems even closer to TanTan. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal (^-^)

When I went to Hachioji, I really wanted to try Hachioji ramen, so I visited this restaurant. Standing in front of the ticket machine, I saw that almost everything was in the low 1000円 range and thought the prices were very fair. The restaurant is clean, with a single long counter. Water is self-service. I ordered wonton noodles. The soup has a fairly strong soy sauce seasoning, with grated onion? something like finely chopped onion sitting in the center. You mix it in as you eat, and it goes wonderfully with the firm, snappy noodles—I couldn't stop slurping once I started. Hachioji ramen has real depth. I'd like to go again.

I visited in the evening and ordered chuka soba. It looks like a classic shoyu ramen, but the soup has more depth than its appearance suggests, with a flavor that makes you want to keep sipping slowly. There are 2 types of chashu, and I enjoyed the difference in textures. I also liked how the grated topping in the center changed the flavor a little midway through. A bowl that left an impression through its care rather than flashiness.
