I had a strong impression that Hachioji ramen was light, so I wasn't very interested, but when I found out they were closing at the end of October, I rushed in 😆 Arrived before 12 o'clock ☺️ ………😅 There was already a line 😅 That means it's a shop that is loved that much ✨ As for the ramen (tsukemen) which is the core, the basic base is indeed light 😅 However! Seafood broth? was also mixed in, making it a delicious soup with depth despite the light taste ☺️ It was thin noodles which is rare for tsukemen, but it was boiled hard and the texture was also wonderful 😆 It was an extra large portion, but before I knew it, it was gone 😆 Ginger topping is recommended 🤤 I will visit again if they open in another place 😊 Thank you for the meal 😆
View on GoogleSoy sauce chuka soba 650 yen The interior is small, but there are raised seating areas. The ramen that came had a little soup, but the noodles were a proper single serving. The ramen has a sharp soy sauce taste but it's not harsh, it feels a bit mellow. Onions are an accent that, in addition to texture, also create sweetness. The noodles are straight with very low water content, chewy, and very delicious. The menma and char siu also have impeccable flavor, a delicious ramen that is definitely up to standard. A shop facing a narrow alley in a residential area that you can't go to without looking it up first. The customer base makes me think it's a local ramen shop. I talked a little, the owner is calm and a good person
View on GoogleFirst visit since moving, there were tatami tables and the atmosphere was better than before. The ramen is orthodox Hachioji ramen, this is it this is it 🤣 The mini char-don is also delicious with just the char siu and sauce! The location is hard to find for first-timers, but that makes it maniac and good 😆
View on GoogleLocated in a residential area. Parking for 3 cars in front of the shop. There seems to be another one 20m ahead. A small shop with 3 tatami seats and a counter. I ordered salt and seasoned char siu bowl. The noodles are straight and the soy sauce is a bit strong for me, but the salt is praised by my companion. The char siu bowl is quite voluminous and the sesame oil is effective. The seasoned onions are plentiful, but they didn't linger in my mouth much and were delicious.
View on GoogleThis is a place I've wanted to try for a long time. Since it's a bit far, I haven't been able to come often, so I came with excitement. I followed the navigation to turn the last corner, but the road is narrow and I felt anxious 💦 The shop's location is in a residential area, and the atmosphere is like an izakaya. I wanted to order Hachioji ramen right away, but I was so curious about the seasoned ramen 💦 I can't tell from the photo, but is the seasoned ramen chuka soba with extra onions? Well, since I definitely want to eat Hachioji ramen, I ordered soy sauce chuka soba and it was served in a few minutes. I was excited and tasted the soup… Delicious❗ The soy sauce doesn't stand out too much, the soup is balanced, and the noodles are boiled well, just before chewy ☺ The menma is thick and delicious, the char siu is also seasoned well, and the whole thing is neat 😋 If someone asked what Hachioji ramen is like, I could introduce this Zhang Shun as the guideline 😊 It was very delicious, thank you for the meal 🙏😋 Next time I want to go eat seasoned ramen 😍
