ちとせまちの駅八王子 CHITOSEYA(ちとせや)
CHITOSEYA is a place like a town station where local people can shape their 'I want to try this'. As a shared kitchen, you can use it for lunch business, events, workshops, etc. Of course, you can use it as a cafe, and we support challenges such as: - I want to run a shop for just one day - I want to provide food or sweets - I want to hold a lecture or event. We have a restaurant business license. We are looking for users. Please feel free to contact us. In the product sales corner, you can enjoy lunch and cafe using local vegetables and eggs. In the store, we handle masterpieces by Hachioji artists and jams and processed goods from Hachioji producers.

The decoration and set-up inside is amazing. It's spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was marvelous and they made us feel welcomed. The food was excellent and just right for the price. Only downside is limited options for food choices.
View on GoogleAlthough I have entered before, it was my first time having tea. It is a so-called antenna shop that handles food and miscellaneous goods related to Hachioji, as well as environmentally friendly products (such as detergents and soaps). This time it was indigo-dyed clothes, but previously, for a limited time, they also sold jerky for dogs using gibier by Hachioji businesses. Also, the space in the back is a bookshelf, and cafe users can read books. There were books that I don't usually pick up, and I was able to enjoy reading while having a drink. I found a very good place. I would like to visit again to read books.
View on GoogleAn ethical shop where you can also eat lunch. In addition to ethical miscellaneous goods, they also sell dried fruits and herbs by weight. Visited before 13:00 on a weekday. The store was quiet with few customers. For lunch, in addition to the classic rice ball set, there was a tantanmen that seemed to be a summer limited item? The tantanmen had a cloudy soup and was spicy. It comes with a drink and almond tofu dessert for 1,200 yen. As for seats, in addition to the counter, there is a large desk in the back. Since there are no individual tables, it might be difficult to use for group dining. Selling Sonett detergent by weight is 730 yen per liter, which is a good deal. It was a shop where you could feel the love for the local area and the earth, with local ingredients and miscellaneous goods, and donated books lined up.
View on GoogleHachioji R20 (along Koshu Kaido) A distance you can walk normally from Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes. Town Station Hachioji CHITOSEYA CHITOSEYA A story of a town that will last for a thousand years... It's written on the HP. There are things produced in Hachioji, etc... It feels like a compact town version of a roadside station (Michi-no-Eki). There is also a CAFE. There are many menus. Table seats and Counter seats, spacious... relaxed. Order and pay at the counter Get a number plate System where they bring it to the table♪ Iced coffee and Basque cheesecake set It seems that if you make it a set, the drink is 50 yen off. You can have cakes from Patisserie Tatsuya Sasaki Nishi-Hachioji store. This is delicious! If you go to Patisserie Tatsuya Sasaki Nishi-Hachioji store There are also baked goods like tarts I want to eat it! It's a cafe where local people of all ages come to eat or have coffee. The food also looks good♪
View on GoogleAbout a year and a little over since it opened, I stopped by again. Since the beginning of the opening, various products and food have increased. (Below is the post from when I visited at the time of opening) It's the site of kikki+, a town exchange activity base. I wonder if it just opened. It's a beautiful and stylish town station that uses plenty of wood. There is no parking lot, so it's limited to walking or bicycles. There was a variety of goods, ingredients, and books made at shops in Hachioji and the surrounding area.
