Loved it loved the ramen🍜. Probably the best Tsukemen I’ve had in Hachioji. Definitely gonna be one of my favorite ramen.
View on GoogleIt had been about 10 years since my last visit. I had forgotten the taste, but the rich tsukemen (medium portion) was delicious—rich but not too sweet. There is almost nothing in the dipping sauce, but it's affordable for modern tsukemen, so it's fine. (Toppings are available). Parking is available and the location is convenient.
View on GoogleNot really that rich, and as tsukemen, it's average. The chashu is fish. It's unique, but not juicy. It tastes like an extension of the soup, with no surprises. The noodles were strange. Like udon with no chewiness. Easy to swallow, but it doesn't feel like it mixes with the soup, and I couldn't taste the goodness of the noodles. At least, please put tissues somewhere...... Cash only
View on GoogleFirst visit. I've wanted to try it for a long time, but since it's only open at night (from 17:00), it was a hurdle for me, so it never happened. This time, I happened to have business near the shop at night, so I thought "It's now or never!" and went. I had the extra-rich tsukemen (medium) with a seasoned egg. The dipping sauce is indeed extra-rich❗ It has quite a high viscosity, with a pork-fish & veggie-potage style flavor. It's delicious, but it gets a bit monotonous halfway through. They will provide chili powder or vinegar if you ask. The noodles are firm, not very chewy, the type you have to chew well. The flavor is subtle, giving the impression that it was made with the balance of the dipping sauce in mind. Honestly, the noodles aren't that flavorful, but as mentioned, I think the texture goes well with the dipping sauce. For information, there is a shared parking lot with the shop next door, Bundajo, located a little bit away.
View on GoogleIt was the best! It was incredibly delicious! The chashu was filling and tasty, and the soup had a strong flavor but was mellow and addictive. The noodles were also delicious, everything is to my taste! I will go again!!
