For lunch, there are 3 pasta lunches using seasonal ingredients and a hearty main dish featuring meat and more, both changing weekly. They come with salad, a drink, and dessert. For dinner, you can also enjoy carefully selected seasonal ingredients and wine. And of course, there are delicious handmade desserts too, such as seasonal sherbet.

I'd had this place bookmarked for a while and made my first visit for lunch. The clean interior has generously spaced seating, so I could eat in a relaxed, calm way~ Just as the reviewers before me wrote, this lunch was an overwhelming bargain! Amazing value! The food had a can't-go-wrong flavor and generous portions! It even came with a dessert and drink of ridiculously high quality, and being able to have all this at this price was shocking~! The end

Pretty delicious cold pasta, and the dessert was even more superb! I was impressed by the careful work” 2021/7/29 I went a little after 1 p.m. on a Thursday. Lunch service is supposed to be only Friday through Sunday, but apparently during the state of emergency they've closed for dinner and are serving lunch Tuesday through Sunday. The lunch menu had 3 pasta lunches, all 1100 yen including tax, plus one weekly lunch for 1200 yen. “Chilled Potato Soup Spaghetti”: 1100 yen (tax incl., same below) Taste 3.8 pts / CP 4.1 pts It's a hot summer, so I was drawn to the cold pasta. First, a salad is served. Plenty of leaf lettuce (mainly red leaf lettuce) and butter lettuce, topped with a green dressing. This dressing has a nice tang and is delicious. Shortly after, the “Chilled Potato Soup Spaghetti” is served. Even the plate is ice-cold. I welcome this kind of attention to detail. The pasta was on the thin side and cooked firm. It's tossed in a cold potato soup, with asparagus and ham as the toppings. Pretty delicious. It comes with 2 pieces of crunchy bread. I dipped the bread in the potato soup. Delicious. This pasta is very much to my liking. Maybe I should have made it a large portion for +100 yen. Grated cheese was provided too, so toward the end I tried it with lots of grated cheese, and that was delicious in its own way. After the meal I had the set dessert, “Peach Sherbet,” which also had peach flesh in it. This sherbet was also very delicious! It was carefully finished with whipped cream, berries, and mint leaves on top. The pasta was delicious too, but this sherbet is what I wanted to praise even more. With a set drink included as well, I think 1100 yen is a super good deal. The main, the salad, and the dessert all showed careful work, and I was impressed. I'm not certain, but it looked like there was only one chef handling the cooking. This is a guess based on how careful the work is, but I feel that when orders pile up, you might have to wait a fair while for your food. For lunch, I think the right move is to visit outside peak hours.

I went to Brasserie Baku, where the relaxed Italian lunch, served only Friday through Sunday, is delicious. I stopped by alone on a Sunday at noon. Before they moved here, I'd drop by fairly often to drink wine, but this is my first visit since they relocated. The interior is much roomier than before. There was just one couple there before me, but after that around 4 more groups came in one after another. Maybe because Mizuki-dori has lots of foot traffic, it's quite popular. I ordered the 1000 yen pasta lunch set, which comes with salad, a drink, and dolce, choosing the meat sauce pasta, with coffee after the meal. The salad was served right after I ordered. It's hard to tell from the photo, but it had a stylish avocado sauce dressing, and it was delicious. About 5 minutes later, the meat sauce pasta was served with plenty of parmesan cheese and Tabasco. The parmesan smelled great, so it might have been freshly grated. The meat sauce pasta was a bit hefty, came with a slice of baguette, and was topped with plenty of meat sauce. First I tried it as is. Really meaty and delicious. Next I added a generous amount of parmesan cheese. That took the pasta up a level. Really delicious. Compared to the long-established Italian place across from Tokyu Square, which disappointingly charges for parmesan, this place is very generous, and it really is great. After I finished the pasta, the coffee and dolce were served. The dolce was cheesecake. Not too sweet, moist, and delicious. I enjoyed a leisurely pasta lunch. Thank you for the delicious pasta lunch.

Unbeatable value. In these times when everything is going up in price, you won't find a 1,200 yen Italian lunch course that comes with salad, baguette, dessert, and even a drink anywhere else. (Price as of October 2024) It's about a 10-minute walk from Hachioji Station, so a little out of the way, but at this price it's worth going. The Hachioji Napolitan was delicious. By the way, lunchtime is cash only; PayPay, e-money, and credit cards can't be used. If they'd at least add PayPay, it'd be a perfect score.
