Personally, I prefer this pasture. You're close to both Hachijo-kojima and the cows.

Around Hachimaki Road, the spots with a good view are here and Fureai Bokujo, I'd say~. From here, Hachijo-kojima looks the most beautiful!! Sometimes the cows come wandering nearby♪

Hardly anyone around, but the view is great. The road on the south side says no vehicles allowed. However, there's a bit of space around the hut. The road is only one car wide, so it might be better to park at the side of Hachimaki Road and walk up.
