A solid bowl of ramen. I tried the roast pork and onion. The broth is a very nice balance of pork bone and dashi. I definitely tasted the seafood component of the broth, but it was not overpowering. Judging by the deep color and flavors, I think the pork bones have been well roasted, imparting a complex caramelized flavor. The thin noodles are standard. There are two types of onion, yellow and long. The yellow onion (from Hokkaido) is particularly sweet and complement the roasted flavors of the broth. The roast pork topping I'd sliced very thin (I like a little thicker), but the flavor was some of the best I have tried. I like to eat half the bowl and then add a heaping spoon full of garlic. This changes the experience and brings out the umami and savory flavors of the broth. It's like having two different bowls.

Easily in my top three bowls of ramen!!!!!!! Prices ranging from ¥650 to ¥1200. My ramen was ¥750 her tsukemen ¥800. Their ramen broth was incredibly savory and well balanced pork and dashi evident but not ruling. You can choose the thickness of the noodle for tsukemen but not for ramen. I was pleasantly surprised by the addition of peanut to her tsukemen broth. It stuck to the noodle super well. Menu is all Japanese so you may need to do some research if you can’t read it. Yen only as it is a ticket ordering system. Picture included for prior research lol. Be aware that it’s about a 15 seat restaurant so you may have to wait but it’s worth it to say the least!!!

Great place for Hachioji ramen. Not too busy and the food comes out quick. All the items in the ramen are fresh and the onions have an amazing crunch and texture that makes the dish that much more savory. They have great side options aside from ramen as well. Convenient location, around the corner of Fussa station that's about a 2-3 minute walk. A must try for ramen lovers!

Great ramen! Got the dandan ramen and the beef ramen, both shocked me with their complexity and delicious flavor. Good prices and cozy. Will definitely be going back the next time I'm in Fussa.
