伝説のチャーハン専門店炎 serves authentic "fuwa-para" (fluffy yet separate-grained) fried rice that brings out the aroma of egg to the fullest. We are particular about our eggs and rice; we use "しもきた" eggs sourced from Aomori Prefecture, finishing the fried rice with rich, fragrant eggs. For rice, we use a low-moisture variety suited to fried rice. If it's your first time, please try the Golden Homemade Chashu Fried Rice first‼︎ We also have an izakaya menu so you can enjoy drinks with a variety of dishes♪ We're often asked what "legendary" means; we want to serve our customers piping-hot, delicious "fuwa-para" fried rice you can't taste at other shops, thanks to the rich aroma of egg, the aroma of green onion, carefully chosen ingredients, and high heat…

The fried rice was absolutely fantastic! The night we went in, we were the only two in the restaurant. There was free soup refills and I was more than happy for a refill, it was so tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

Very good fried rice. The garlic fried rice is delicious, and the chicken is really good as well. Ultra comfort food.

I went to 炎, a fried rice shop in Fussa, Tokyo. 【Food】 I had the fried rice. Simple but genuinely tasty, with a nice toasty aroma and fluffy, separate grains of rice. The seasoning was just right too, so I could eat it to the end without getting tired of it. I think it's a great shop for anyone who wants to enjoy fried rice as the main event. 【Service】 There was nothing particularly off about the service, and the atmosphere made it easy to drop in. From ordering to serving was smooth, so I could enjoy my meal in peace. 【Atmosphere】 The inside has the casual feel of a fried rice specialty shop, and it seems easy to walk into even alone. I think it's a handy place for when you want to grab some tasty fried rice quickly in Fussa. Overall very satisfying, and a shop I'd like fried rice lovers to visit at least once. When I'm in the Fussa area again, I'd like to stop by again.

The takana fried rice tastes like my hometown Kyushu, and the finished quality is high too; very satisfied. The black gomoku fried rice gives a completely different impression, a bit junky but rich in flavor. Takeout is available, but fried rice stir-fried with their custom high-heat equipment is best devoured fresh off the wok.

Visited Saturday at 13:00, no wait. Apparently you drink the soup first, then once you've eaten 70% you mix in the yolk. I just did as I was told and it was delicious.
