A graceful building reminiscent of good old America, a 1950s California residence. Inside the restaurant, alongside table seating, there is a solid counter. Opening the door, the savory aroma of chunk meat roasting and the crackling sound of charcoal will welcome you. Enjoy comparing various cuts of steaks abundantly available, from domestic beef, US beef, to Aussie beef.

The dry-aged steak was yummy, but actually more than I was expecting (300 grams). Next I'll opt for 200 grams. Obviously the fat makes it so tasty, but after a bit it starts to feel rich. If you come with a friend, get a lean cut to share with the dry-aged or waygu. I came during the tail end of lunch (2pm) so I practically had the place to myself.

Great location, the place have a small parking in front of the building and a big one behind it. Staff was nice and food was so yummy, had the ribeye and skirt steak with bread, also had the fish and chips and chilly chips. Has to cut the fish and chips’s fish because it was really big. Steaks were really soft and tasty. Everything was delicious, good quality and big sized plates. Went there in two times and it was awesome.

I ordered the Kuroge Wagyu Beef Steak but it wasn’t wagyu when I got it. The waiter didn’t ask me how I wanted my steak. When I got my steak it was really rare as if it looked cooked but was red raw on the inside. I asked the waiter if it could be cooked more to no red well done and said yes. When I got it back my steak was still super rare raw red. I don’t think they recook the steak because it was cold when I got it back. I just ate it anyways because I didn’t want them to spit in my food. I’m not sure if I will go back again.

Located toward the North part of Road 16, in the street that goes to Fussa Station Chaco's grill is a place you must try. Authentic beef steak served on hot plates with generous serving of corn, the Sirloin and Chuck pretty amazing! The fries, the garlic butter and garlic toast were such a treat. I still can't believe it...the atmosphere was also very nice with Jazz music. Enjoy my friends
