That was good place
View on GoogleAs a pilgrimage to the holy place of standing soba, I took a weekday off so I went to this standing soba shop. The shop is right near Bubaigawara Station. When I used to commute to Kita-Fuchu for work, I often visited Bubaigawara, so it feels nostalgic. This is only open on weekdays. When I saw the sign inside the shop, morning operations have been revived since April of this year, thank you. Above all, the specialty here is curry. It is said to contain beef tendon and is left to sleep overnight. Of course, I ORDERED the kake soba set with mini curry that comes with curry. This is a new vending machine and payment with paypay is also possible. (Paypay payment requires a little trick) Tuesday visit around 7:45 am. The size of the shop was 7 sitting counter seats, 5 standing. The previous customer was 1 person. Well, the curry here has volume even though it is a mini curry. Beef tendon was also firmly included and offal like kobukuro was also included. Thank you. It is an authentic curry with strong thickness and a little acidity. Very delicious. It is the one that is not wrong. Soba is thin noodles, and soba soup is effective and delicious. Matches with curry. In the morning, it seemed like a one-person operation by a young staff member. At first I thought there might be a place that was unfriendly, but when I greeted that I saw standing soba, there was a greeting of thank you, please come again. He was a surprisingly good person ☺️ It seems there are people who use it as a standing drink at night here. The drink refrigerator was near the vending machine. It is a shop with many uses. It seems to be useful for office workers nearby.
View on GoogleYamacho manages several yakitori shops in the Tama area of Tokyo, but 'Yamacho Soba' near Bubaigawara Station, which is a transfer station for the JR East Nambu Line and Keio Line, is a standing soba shop style one minute from the station. The system is to buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance and hand it to the shop person at the counter, and the recommendation is loin katsu curry. Originally there is a popular and recommended beef tendon curry, and the curry sauce has a unique richness and umami. The katsu of the loin katsu curry is fried after the order is placed, so it is hot and fluffy, and it is exquisite, and it is worth it. Revisit Yamacho Soba Bubaigawara, loin katsu curry is still delicious as usual. Compared to the previous photo, the loin katsu this time is big, lucky 😄
View on GoogleSoba shop that was broadcast on TV. At that time, beef tendon curry looked delicious so I went to eat it. It was a delicious curry infused with the taste of beef tendon.
View on GoogleIt is a shop like an ordinary standing soba shop, but the soup is surprisingly delicious, and as the photo shows, the serving is also good and it feels satisfying. Beef tendon curry seems to be the push, but I ordered mentaiko takana rice. I enjoyed it with a seaweed udon set. Recommended for those who want to finish a meal quickly. Today I tried the beef tendon curry that is pushed. Well, I think it's a curry that is often found in this type of shop. Indeed, I felt the taste of beef tendon. For some reason, I feel that there are many curries like this in soba shop type sets? They strike an exquisite balance like there is nothing wrong or right anywhere, right?
