It is read “Katsuyoshi”. It feels like a tonkatsu set-meal shop in an old downtown neighborhood, and it is surprisingly good. The tonkatsu set is 750円. Many people order it. Other set meals are roughly the same price. A large serving of rice costs +100円. Note the irregular opening hours: it only opens around lunch and dinner times. Seating consisted of 1 table for 4, 2 Japanese-style tables for 4, and 6 counter seats.
