This is a lovely and very authentic place. Some of the staff speaks English and others don’t but you can use the camera option on Google Translate to order and the staff is very adorable. Strongly recommend!

First visit Parking lot has 2 slots next to the shop. The concept of ramen from a yakitori shop is wonderful, being able to drink at a yakitori shop and then eat ramen of this level, if it were in the city center it might be common, but around here it's very pleasing. I liked the salt ramen from a yakitori shop called Waketake in Chitose-Karasuyama, so when I lived there I went often, so when I found it on internet information I was happy and visited immediately! The atmosphere of the shop is managed by an aunt with a gentle atmosphere and it was comfortable. For ramen, I chose green onion ramen and mixed noodles (aemen). After the ramen arrived I realized, it has gatsu-negi (green onions and pork stomach)... I... don't really like pork stomach... Fatal ordering mistake. I only saw green onions and ordered💦 But it was quite delicious💦 The mixed noodles had different noodles and slightly spicy meat, it had a different taste and I could eat it until the end without getting bored! As for the noodles, the first noodles were delicious. Next time I want to order a different ramen! If possible, I want to drink yakitori from early on and finish with ramen... It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

This is a ramen shop started by Suzunoya, a yakitori shop that has been operating nearby (next door) for a long time. On one floor there is a counter and 3 tables, but currently due to corona countermeasures, the counter is partitioned with acrylic boards for 3 seats, and tables are operating with 4 seats x 3 tables. In addition to eating in, you can also order various take-out menus. The taste is undoubtedly like the rumors in the reviews, as it is run by a specialist who knows about chicken, the chicken-based soup is of course, and the toppings using chicken such as thigh and breast which are each made into chashu, good work! I thought it was soft and juicy thigh, but they told me it was breast cooked slowly at low temperature, I was surprised twice. Also, the original house also has deep knowledge of pork, and the 'Motsu Otoko Meshi' arranged from offal stew served here at Men no Suzunoya was also exquisite! Although it is a noodle shop, the description is late, the noodles are medium-thick chewy noodles that blend with the fresh soup, also delicious and satisfying. Next time I want to try miso ramen and tsukimi harami bowl! In addition to eating in, take-out is also popular among students nearby. This is a recommendation for meat dishes such as the 'punchy!' offal bowl and Motsu Otoko Meshi. Since it is a ramen shop from a yakitori shop, the soup base is solid so both soy sauce and miso are delicious, please eat inside the shop. Suzunoya was originally in the 'Kodaira area', so for those who know, if you have a legacy from a senior, please come. Additional information. Gatsu-negi ramen was a man's ramen with a garlic punch that exploded to the point of destruction! Be prepared before you go!! As a companion, wasabi meat bowl. More than expected? Wasabi sauce seeps into the rice, the stinging and numbing accent is irresistible.

Ate Suzunoya Ramen (Miso) + Otoko Meshi (Offal Stew) 1,200 yen. I came because I heard I could eat authentic and delicious ramen. Also Otoko Meshi with lots of offal stew that was on the internet. The Miso Ramen is a thick soup with a faint garlic aroma, with plenty of corn and minced meat with cartilage. There is a perforated spoon, so high points because you can scoop without leftovers. The noodles are medium-thick with lots of water, too soft, a bit of a pity. There are bean sprouts, green onions, and a soft-boiled egg, it's worth the price. Otoko Meshi has plenty of offal stew. Like porridge, it seems to be something to eat after drinking. The rice underneath is more than a bowl, the portion is quite large. Sprinkle with plenty of shichimi. It was a delicious miso ramen and men's offal stew.

I ate 『Torimen』. Soy sauce-based soup with sweet seasoning and strong ginger and wavy noodles like handmade were very delicious!! What is noteworthy is the chashu, like in the photo, there are several large pieces of chicken meat plus tsukune, all of which are soft and juicy, great satisfaction!! On the website menu there is a sentence that is humble like "It's just ramen from a yakitori shop..." but not at all!! It's a ramen without a single gap.
