View on GoogleNear 多磨 Station on the 西武多摩川 Line, beside the railway crossing. As its name suggests, it's a bento shop, but there are counter and table seats for eating in at the back. Plenty of seats too. Besides bento, the menu has set meals, and apparently a large serving of rice is free. But even the regular serving is quite substantial. I had the “yakisoba curry rice bowl (三吉丼).” Simple, but I found myself eagerly shoveling it down.
View on GoogleIt's close, about a 3-minute walk from 多摩 Station, and the shop is along 人見街道. There is no parking. Nearby paid parking generally costs about 100円 for 20 minutes. There was a lot in the same block charging 100円 for 60 minutes, so I parked there for my visit. Inside, there are 3 counter seats beside the ordering counter and 4 tables for 2 at the back. Water is self-service, and you pay afterward. PayPay was accepted. 【2024/06/18】Around 12:00, alone. Yakiniku bento (550円) tax included ※ate in The yakiniku is pork. I suppose that's obvious at this price. The seasoning isn't too strong and is nice, with onions and carrots too. Since I ate it right away rather than taking it out, the cabbage was nicely crisp too. I wondered about the simmered chikuwa and thick fried tofu, but apparently they're the standard items included whenever you order a bento! Neither good nor bad. Egg chahan (650円) tax included It's the type of chahan with egg added on top afterward, and it feels beyond bento-shop chahan quality. Very delicious. It felt like it would have been even better eaten immediately after it was made. Hoikoro bento (600円) tax included There was less meat than I'd expected, which was disappointing, but for 600円 I guess that's how it is! The seasoning is strong, so it's perfectly good as a dish to eat with rice. Chinjā rōsu bento (700円) tax included More delicious than I'd expected from the reviews I'd read. Authentic chinjā rōsu with lots of beef! The meat has little fat too, which I like(*´꒳`*) Personally I'd have liked more green peppers, but it's good as it is. The value is very good. It's a bento shop, but perhaps the attraction is being able to eat authentic Chinese dishes cheaply. Plus, rice refills and large servings are free, so students must love this place. If I could ask for more, I'd have been happy if they served something like miso soup when eating in
View on Google①Taste Neither good nor bad. As others have commented, the overall impression is greasy. ②Price 650円 Extremely cheap. Student prices. You can get a large serving of rice or refills, so you'll get full. ③Atmosphere It has that grubby-but-tasty restaurant vibe, with round stools. The seats aren't comfortable, so it's a place to eat quickly and leave. ④Speed of food service Fast. It comes out right away. ⑤Parking There's no parking, so you have to use a nearby parking lot. You can't park in front of the shop.
