Nice traditional ramen from Kyushu Fukuoka area. Taste is based on pork born and soup is white. Additional noodle is also recommended. You can request hardness of boiling noodle as you prefered.

I happened to find this place while walking home after drinking and went in. Because it said Hakata ramen and Nagahama. I ordered the regular Hakata ramen, which was 800えん, I think. When it arrived, I was shocked! What's with this super-creamy soup! Hmm, is a soup this creamy going to sit okay with me while I'm drunk, I wondered. But after one sip, huh? It's light, and actually delicious, I thought. I don't remember any strong pork-bone smell either. The noodles are, of course, thin Hakata noodles, and you can choose barikata or konaotoshi, but I like mine properly boiled, so wherever I go, I order regular. Oh, by the way, as others have commented, this is neither Hakata ramen nor Nagahama ramen, lol. Whatever it is, though, I found myself wanting to go again. I think it's pretty tasty. Visited again on another day. This time I had Kuro Hakata, but hmm, it wasn't that great. So I'm taking back one ⭐︎. Was I drunk last time? lol

This time I ordered the standard tonkotsu ramen, and it was served very quickly. Not having the stress of waiting was a welcome point. The soup is creamy and rich while still carrying the distinctive tonkotsu aroma—a balanced style. It has some character but isn't too heavy, and you find yourself continuing to sip it. I ordered the noodles firm, which paired well with the soup and gave them an enjoyable texture. The green onion and chashu are simple but do their jobs well. I first enjoyed it as served, then added a little takana, garlic, and kaeshi with my noodle refill to change the flavor. This made for another nice variation, keeping it interesting to the end. The piping-hot soup also left an impression, and the fact that it stayed hot even after the noodle refill was a small but welcome bonus. Since it's open late, it's also convenient for a bowl after drinking. I'd like to go again.

A place I'm grateful for that lets me slip in just in time when I come back on the last limited express after drinking in Shinjuku! Tonkotsu ramen with plenty of māyu, topped with lots of grated garlic and karashi takana. The foreign staff provide pleasant service too. Thanks for the meal, as always ❤

I used to work in Sasazuka, and back then I got hooked on how delicious Nagahama ramen was and went often. Later, they also had a branch in Asagaya, which I visited a few times. This time I had something to do in Fuchu, and feeling nostalgic, I was really looking forward to visiting after such a long time, but (probably about 20 years) neither the flavor nor the noodles gave me the excitement I remembered, and I felt that a lot had changed.
