Excelente Japanese grill in an marvelous atmosphere. The quality of their meats are outstanding and their level of service is over the top. We went with Japanese friends so I highly recommend you to take some Japanese friends or a Japanese translator app as the staff does not speak good English.

Visited on Sunday at 13:00. We were shown into a calm, modern interior. They said only courses were available, so I chose 月＝【2700 yen】. The sauce was too delicately flavored and felt a little lacking, but there was sangchu lettuce, so wrapping rice and kalbi in it was an option too ◎ It's a shame there weren't many menu items available to add.

Visited for lunch.「モランボン本店」is a renowned yakiniku restaurant with a calm atmosphere, within walking distance of 府中駅. The seasonal「冷麺ランチ（¥1,200）」and「冷麺＋ハラミランチ（¥2,200）」are wonderfully refreshing dishes. The naengmyeon noodles are smooth and chewy, and the broth, infused with the savory flavors of beef bones, chicken, and more, is exquisite. The special kimchi and kkakdugi add refreshing accents too. The harami lunch also features tender, juicy meat that pairs perfectly with the special sauce. This carefully prepared summer lunch is delicious enough to guarantee a repeat visit! Recommended for anyone wanting authentic Korean naengmyeon in 府中.

Visited for a birthday celebration, for the first time in over 10 years. I was surprised by how upscale the restaurant was. The staff explained things well, and it was comfortable. Of course, the food was outstanding! Especially the beef tongue and the naengmyeon to finish!! One slight disappointment: when I think of モランボン, I want to taste ジャン！. They used to have separate upscale and reasonably priced restaurants, so in the hope that the reasonably priced one returns, I'm deducting one star. Remembering how affordable it used to feel, I showed up in short sleeves and sandals (haha).
