A Mediterranean restaurant where the owner, who trained on the island of Sardinia, shows off his skills. The wine list is almost entirely Sardinian, and the wines pair perfectly with the food. Right from the carpaccio appetizer, the flavors were mind-blowing, so delicious I nearly fell off my chair. Everything was thoroughly delicious, all the way to the tiramisu at the end. Getting to enjoy unusual local liqueurs was fantastic too. He also told us about Sardinian food culture, making it a very enjoyable time. I'd like to visit again.

A counter-seating restaurant where you can enjoy pairings of Sardinian wine and Mediterranean cuisine. I ordered carpaccio of freshly dispatched flounder, fava bean and mozzarella frittata, chicken drumettes prepared like croquettes, pane carasau topped with karasumi, and the adult pudding recommended in other reviews. The wine and Mediterranean dishes were so delicious that I kept ordering more😋 Each plate is basically for 2 people, but many dishes can be ordered in half portions, so solo diners can relax too. The menu seems to change with the ingredients available, so I'm looking forward to next time. This restaurant opens at 15:00, so enjoying Sardinian white wine and delicious Mediterranean food in the early evening might be fantastic too😋 Thank you for the meal. 【Standouts】 Sardinian wine Pane carasau Adult pudding Fava bean and mozzarella frittata

A wonderful Mediterranean restaurant where the owner's skill lets you enjoy delicious dishes and wine made from Sardinian grapes! The marinated eggplant comes with karasumi made from Spanish tuna roe, and ume is added to the marinade, creating a flavor suited to Japanese tastes! The karasumi is delicious too. It got me thinking that the fried-egg pasta topped with karasumi must be delicious as well! The venison was moist, with the springiness and flavor of lean red meat. Delicious! The fritto is fantastic! The beer batter is wonderfully light and crisp. The fish's flavor, the log-grown shiitake fritto, and the ginkgo fritto were all great. The oven-roasted pork was cooked just right! The tartness and smoothness of the mustard sauce worked beautifully with the pork and the spinach on the side◎ The wine was delicious too! Personally, I also like the counter seating where you can watch the food being made! I found a wonderful restaurant♪ Next time I'd like to try the pasta too!

Visited for dinner. It's in a back alley and has the feel of a hidden gem. The menu is inventive and shows care. The food is delicious and stylish too. If two people visit, they sometimes divide a dish between 2 plates. The camembert and basil omelet and the cured tuna and wheat berry salad were unusual and delicious dishes. That said, it's a little pricey for ordinary folks. I think it's a great back-alley restaurant where you can enjoy a pleasant meal!
