🥢✨ Enjoy the rare 'Mashu Soba'! Fuchu 'Teuchi Soba Furuta' ✨ This time, I went to **'Teuchi Soba Furuta'** located in Fuchu City, Tokyo! This is a famous store where you can luxuriously taste the rare 'Mashu Soba' that is only produced in Teshikaga Town, Hokkaido. 🥢Ordered menu [Nii-hachi Soba x Rural Soba] Eat comparison of the store's pride 'Nii-hachi' and 'Rural' which is thicker with stronger soba flavor! The stone-ground Mashu Soba has a very high aroma, and it was the best combination to enjoy both the throat and the chewing response. [Fried cartilage] An exquisite side dish that makes alcohol go! The crunchy texture and exquisite seasoning are irresistible, and the compatibility with beer is also outstanding. [Oden] Oden soaked firmly in the 'dashi' unique to a soba shop. With a gentle and deep taste, it warms even the heart. [Draft beer/Bottle beer] First toast with draft, and while enjoying snacks, to bottle beer. I was able to spend an adult's bliss time where I could enjoy delicious soba-mae. It is a wonderful shop where you can enjoy handmade soba and alcohol in a calm atmosphere. If you are nearby, please come!
View on GoogleTeuchi Soba Furuta' located in Miyoshi-cho, Fuchu City. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, but it is a very comfortable soba shop loved by locals. There are efforts everywhere so that customers of various ages can spend time comfortably, and it is a wonderful shop where the heart and stomach are fulfilled. ◎Access About 2 minutes walk from JR Nambu Line/Keio Line 'Bubaigawara Station'. ◎Flow line The shop is on the 1st floor. There are places where the entrance has steps, but there are also slope parts, so even those who are concerned about their feet can enter without problems. ◎Seats Inside the store, there are 4 tables that can seat 4 people, 2 counter seats. 2 tatami tables for 4 people. Is there a 2nd floor seat? I visited on a Saturday afternoon, but with a congestion level of about 60%, it was a space where you could eat calmly while being lively. What is served first when sitting in a seat is not water, but 'Soba Cold Tea'. With this small consideration, I was first healed warmly. ◎Menu The soba menu is very rich, and limited menus that feel the season are also available, starting with the committed 'Rural Soba'. Ordering is possible with a QR code or orally, and gentle consideration for all generations such as those who are not used to smartphones and the elderly is felt. In addition, the alcohol menu is also rich! In addition to standards such as highballs, Japanese sake including 'Kokuryu', 'Kubota', 'Hakkaisan', and Fuchu local sake 'Kokutsuru' are available, so it is perfect for those who want to enjoy soba-mae. [Menu received] ◎Alcohol ■Highball (500 yen) Because it was a very hot day, I ordered a highball first. Fortunately, 'Fried Soba' snacks are included as a service. This fried soba has a very beautiful balance of salted seaweed, and the salt balance is the best! It is a smart dish that makes alcohol go more just with this. ◎Food ■Mini Sakura Ebi Kakiage Tempura Bowl Set (1,350 yen) Surprised to see the set that arrived! Although it is named 'Mini', the kakiage tempura bowl and soba are by no means mini, but a solid large satisfaction volume. The crispy fried sakura ebi kakiage is rich in flavor and compatibility with rice is also outstanding. Includes small bowl kinpira, pickles, and miso soup with dashi containing fried tofu and tofu for 1,350 yen. There is a considerable sense of profit. [ーReviewー] In addition to the certain deliciousness and volume of soba, the soba cold tea service and flexible ordering system, it is a famous store where the warm consideration of the shop people 'I want customers to be happy' is conveyed. With delicious food and a comfortable space, everyone smiles naturally, and it is a shop where you can feel happy. It will definitely be active for drinking alone or family lunch. If you are around Fuchu, please come! *I received a service ticket when paying! View on GoogleA shop that tastes good but customer service is disappointing. Maybe it can't be helped in this day and age, but even when they bring drinks, they put down glasses etc. so that there is a sound, and say nothing, I ordered miso konnyaku but they didn't bring a small plate... The taste is delicious so it is recommended for those who don't mind customer service. The fried soba served as o-tooshi is so delicious that I want to refill.
View on GoogleA small old soba shop that I stopped by around 15:00 in the early summer afternoon. Because it was a shop I saw for the first time, there is a shop that is difficult to enter at first glance, but maybe it was a time that was not crowded, and my back was pushed by the mood of soba and I opened the door. Then... Really? The interior of the store is full of regulars who look like men and women of all ages, surprising lol The moment I saw that scene, at the same time I was convinced it was a hit! I tried to pretend to consider, but I ordered ten-seiro that I decided personally at the first soba shop! As expected, my prediction was correct. The soba here is delicious! Because you can choose Nii-hachi or rural soba, I chose rural soba without hesitation! At a glance, the impression is small, but the aroma of thick and rich soba spreads in my mouth, and the satisfaction of 'I am eating soba!' was high! And, tempura is filled with 2 shrimp, burdock, sweet potato x 2, green beans, eggplant, lotus root, shiitake mushroom on the plate, and it is difficult to understand in the photo, but the volume is full! The crispy clothes that were impressed by the way of frying are the right thickness calculated to eat by soaking in soba soup, and the taste and aroma of the ingredients are utilized, and everything could be enjoyed with five senses! I am lucky today to be able to find a famous shop standing in a familiar land! I will go again, definitely.
View on GoogleI was allowed to disturb during the day of the Kurayami festival. When I went, it was full, but there was no place to write names, etc., and it was a form of waiting outside as it was. While waiting for the meal, it was fun to see the train from the large window (depending on the seat, there may be people who are worried about the train sound?) and see the festival drum. I think I ate rural soba and tempura. The flat and thick noodles have a eating response but are refreshing and easy to eat. Tempura was light and crispy. The staff also felt good even though they seemed busy. Please let me disturb again.
