Along with the park, it's a popular relaxation spot for citizens. The February 2026 special exhibition, "Narasuke Koide: New Oil Paintings," featured an excellent collection of Koide's family portraits and his characteristic nude figures.
View on GoogleThe museum is located next to the large park. It’s a little far from the nearest station and you can get here by bus. It’s convenient for your car, but they don’t have their parking lots on the premises, so you need to park your car in the temporary parking lot. The museum is clean and they have special exhibitions. We arrived at the exhibition of Mucha on the weekend and it was less crowded than expected because of the location.
View on GoogleA pleasantly sized museum, not too big, not too small, with nice collections. Special exhibition is Indian detailed painting which was very interesting. Bring your magnifying glass!
