I think it was the owner, but the response when I called to ask for grooming was very poor. 'There is an extra charge for the first visit; is that okay?' They said that without even giving the price, with an attitude that practically said, 'Do not come!' Forget it,

The people at the shop are very kind. Great at trimming‼️ They gave our beloved dog, who had looked overheated, a lovely trim that made them look cool and comfortable, and I was delighted. We will be back‼️

An acquaintance's dog ended up being sent to the hospital; this is the worst shop. The owner's attitude was unpleasant too. I will never go back!
