An unusual taste. The soup is like the juices from stir-fried vegetables. It is tasty, but I probably will not return. Tasty, though. It is in the same vein as 紅, but 紅 is more polished. By the way, it is not that spicy. The spicy miso did not work with it. I would like something like a concentrated pepper paste if they had it.
View on GoogleFinally visited ブラック, which is open only at lunchtime. It is delicious, but the salt-and-pepper heat gets tiresome. The toppings are just bean sprouts and 2 slices of pork belly, making it even more monotonous. Worth trying once, but whether you want a second visit will depend on your taste.
View on GoogleThe extra-thick, irregular noodles with their rich wheat flavor are the same as those at the neighboring restaurant and are very delicious. The soup is quite spicy, and its black color seems to come from deliberately scorching it in a wok. That soup tasted like soot to me, so I personally prefer the restaurant next door. The system is to first buy a meal ticket from the machine inside, hand it to a staff member, and then join the line. Despite that, the ramen does not arrive immediately after you sit down, so turnover is not particularly good.
View on GoogleOnly 6 counter seats. As shown in the photo, a line of 10 people does not mean a 1-hour wait, but enormous lines form. Moreover, it is open only at lunchtime and closed on Mondays. It is on “a narrow road before a pedestrian crossing that serves as an approach to the station,” so it gets in the way of local residents.
View on GoogleI kept drinking the soup while asking myself, “Salty? Not salty?” It is an interesting flavor and I like it. I do not need the meat.
