Introducing the 850 yen miso ramen (with 250 yen rice) from Azumaya, a town soba noodle shop behind Fuchu Prison. In addition to soba, the restaurant also has a full menu of set meals and Chinese noodles. Since I love Chinese noodles from soba shops, I ordered the miso ramen with rice. As soon as I ordered, the pleasant aroma of stir-frying in oil filled the restaurant. Miso ramen topped with plenty of vegetables and rice. Plus, cucumber pickles in front of me. The miso ramen contains cabbage as the main ingredient, bean sprouts, carrots, green peppers, and pork bits. It's topped with plenty of sesame seeds. The soup is well-oiled and rich, a simple and delicious miso soup. Eating the vegetables with the soup broth makes for a great side dish for rice. The amount of vegetables is large, a happy ramen to make up for a lack of vegetables. The noodles are chewy egg noodles. The soup clings to them well. The cucumber pickles are bran pickles. The saltiness is just right, and it goes perfectly with rice. Ramen that uses carefully selected ingredients and broth from several types of ingredients is good, but I also love this kind of ramen that is unadorned, simple, and feels nostalgic! #FuchuGourmet #FuchuLunch #FuchuRamen #FuchuSobaShop #KitaFuchuGourmet #KitaFuchuLunch #KitaFuchuRamen #KitaFuchuSobaShop #Azumaya #MisoRamen
View on GoogleMini beef bowl and cold soba set 1350 yen. The soba is surprisingly (sorry) delicious. The mini beef bowl has a lonely visual. Bold pricing. Is it open all day? It was open past 2:30 PM on a weekday. That's a happy thing🐸
View on GoogleTown soba shop. Located on the shopping street. A soba shop that looks old. It feels like the owners are an elderly couple. Inside the restaurant, there are tables and the standard Japanese atmosphere of an old soba shop that is relaxing. The menu is extensive and set meals and recommendations are written on a board. I ordered the large portion of meat nanban soba. The broth wasn't salty and had a gentle, delicious taste.

View on GoogleThis is a soba & udon shop run by an owner with a wonderful personality. Fuchu Moriage Soba is recommended as it comes with fragrant tempura. Please enjoy the soba, tempura, and soba water in the nostalgic and calm restaurant.
