焼きあご煮干しらぁめん 碧猫AONEKO
Ramen Yakiago Niboshi Aoneko Fuchu Bubaigawara A luxurious ramen that uses plenty of Yakiago (flying fish) from Kyushu. Flying fish that jump over the sea have firm bodies and little fat, and are characterized by a very clear and sweet broth. Unlike regular niboshi, they are charcoal-grilled by hand so the umami is further concentrated. A 100% animal-based soup that adds high-grade Ibuki iriko as well as selected pork and chicken to this ago broth. Boiled for over 10 hours in the shop's large pot. The soup made with this process is rich in umami and is characterized by having no smell at all. # Fuchu Ramen # Bubaigawara Ramen

Very nice niboshi ramen. Sold out of fried rice, but I didn't need it.

View on Google5/4 visit. I visited immediately after the announcement of the start of tsukemen. Arrived around 11:40 in the middle of the GW holiday, it was full + about 6 people waiting outside, and after leaving the store there were about 8 people, it's a popular store indeed ✨ 'Limited Special Thick Niboshi Tsukemen (Noodles 250g)'. The thick and rough texture of the thick niboshi and katsuobushi is so delicious that I am KNOCKOUT 🤣 Aosa does a good job and the scent of the sea is wonderful, boosting the deliciousness. The medium-thick whole wheat noodles have moderate waves and mix well with the dipping soup, delicious 👍 It was better to dip half than to dip the soup completely. Two types of char siu, seasoned egg, komatsuna for a break 🥬 everything is without gaps and delicious 😋 The final soup has yuzu in the dipping soup, so the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and GOOD 👍 Tsukemen is also more delicious than expected, this is a bowl recommended for Nibolar 💕 Very delicious 😋 3/24 (Tuesday) visit. Consecutive visits 💕 'Yakiago Niboshi Salt Ramen'. The cloudy soup has a deep ago broth and concentrated umami, very delicious❗️ The noodles are different from the thick ones, flat medium-thick noodles with a chewy texture and very satisfying, GOOD 👍 The thick one is also delicious but this one is also delicious and all menus are recommended. 3/23 (Monday) visit. 'Tantanmen + Half Rice'. Rich sweet meat miso and flavorful sesame spread and delicious❗️ Furthermore, I feel niboshi in the base? and the aroma is good, GOOD 👍 It's not too spicy so the taste of the ingredients can be understood well. If you add sweet and sour vinegar with fruit to change the taste, the spiciness becomes mild and it was just right for the finish 😊 3/3 First visit. The location was too close so I got a little lost 😅 'Thick Special Yakiago Niboshi Ramen + Aedama'. The soup is a little small but the niboshi is very thick‼️ The thick soup with high viscosity has the umami of niboshi attacking strongly and overwhelming deliciousness 🤤 Furthermore, the aftertaste after eating is also amazing❗️ The saltiness is probably standard concentration for the doro-nibo type. The rare char siu topping has good heat and good texture, and the boiled pork is thick and tender, both are delicious~ 🤤 The seasoned egg is also soaked and delicious 👍 The pokipatsu noodles mix with the soup and support the moving deliciousness. Aedama is seasoned and fish powder is sprinkled firmly so it is delicious to eat as it is 👍 I think this is a valuable store in the suburbs where you can eat very delicious doro-nibo. This is a bowl that cement Nibolar should eat once.
View on Google🇯🇵 - Tokyo - Bubaigawara 'Sharp niboshi ramen and unique atmosphere' [Aoneko] 30 seconds walk from Bubaigawara Station. A small ramen shop with only 6 counter seats. ────────────────── ■Thick Yakiago Niboshi Ramen @1000 yen A bowl that combines Yakiago (flying fish) and Ibuki iriko into a 100% animal-based soup using pork and chicken. The soup is quite thick and has strong viscosity, and the niboshi flavor is also felt firmly. The taste has an impact, but the amount of soup is quite small from the time it is served. From the beginning, it is so small that you cannot scoop it with a spoon unless you tilt the container, and the impression is closer to Aedama than ramen. The noodles seem to have a commitment to thin noodles, and recommend replacement noodles rather than large portions. The boiling degree is quite hard, a finish that reminds of powder. Flour is also left, and preferences seem to be greatly divided. Topping is onion, menma, green vegetables, and rare char siu. Commitment to ingredients is felt. ────────────────── When visiting, the atmosphere inside the store was quite heavy. There was no greeting such as 'Welcome' or 'Thank you' from the store owner, and customer service was handled by part-time workers. In addition, drink bottle cases are stacked near the entrance, and the originally narrow store feels more cramped. I think it is a bowl that will pierce niboshi lovers, but if you include parts other than taste, it was an impression of a store that chooses people. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI ate Thick Yakiago Niboshi Ramen (1000 yen). The style when full is to buy at the ticket machine and wait outside. There are individual partitions inside the store and about 6-7 people. In conclusion, it was very delicious so I wrote it unconsciously (lol). Aedama was also 200 yen, but I ate it as it is and put it in the soup, both were delicious (I asked for a refill twice). The soup is a thick type and the amount indeed felt a little, but it's no problem because there is split soup. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal ( ´∀`)ノ
