The ramen from this owner who is kind to young people is delightful because you can choose from thin, thick, or flat noodles. This day I chose the flat tonkotsu shoyu noodles. The deliciousness of the soft and moist pork, the richness of the soup, and the taste of the noodles as you chew them. Flawless deliciousness. If you are in the area, this restaurant is worth a meal.
View on GoogleCheap and delicious! Addictive taste🍜 Kind to children, my 4-year-old daughter also loves the Chinese noodles here!! The owner, Yuji-san and his wife are good people! I'm leaving Tokyo, but I'll come back to eat again!!!
View on GoogleFirst visit. It was past 12:30 PM on a Sunday, but 3 people were waiting. It cleared up in about 5 minutes, so I sat down. Looking at people eating, everything looked delicious, so I was conflicted.. I bought the Saturday-Sunday limited niboshi ramen for 1,100 yen and large noodles for 150 yen at the ticket machine. You can choose from thin, thick, or flat curly noodles, but since many people were eating curly noodles, I chose curly! The bowl arrived in less than 10 minutes. It looked delicious from the appearance (^^) It looked hot due to the layer of lard, but first I had the soup, the flavor of niboshi was effective and it was a delicious, slightly sweet soup! Next, I had the noodles. Delicious noodles that go down easily. But maybe I prefer them a bit firmer. The toppings were luxurious with spinach, chopped onions, pork, menma, wonton, and back fat! What's worth mentioning is the deliciousness of the wonton (^^) Very delicious! In the end, I drank the soup to the last drop. I'll definitely revisit because I want to try other ramen! Since the noodles were a bit soft, I gave it 4 stars, but I was satisfied. The service was also pleasant, a restaurant that makes you want to come back. Thank you for the meal (^^) So, revisit. This time I ordered the abura soba 850 yen? Large portion 150 yen? I could choose between thick and curly noodles, but I ordered curly. The noodles were still delicious. I added chili oil and vinegar to change the taste. The abura soba was also delicious.
View on GoogleAs it is a popular restaurant, I queued even though it was a weekday. I chose thick noodles for the ramen and enjoyed it. With the delicacy from the master's previous job, the taste feels complete.
View on GoogleThere are several ramen shops in Fuchu that I think are delicious. Hibiki, Hirai, Chukasoba Shin, Daikokuya, etc. But in the end, I settle here. After passing my mid-30s, I think that a ramen that you can enjoy throughout your life is this kind of ramen. The location is about a 20-minute walk from Fuchu Station, so the access is by no means good. However, during weekday lunch hours, the 10-seat restaurant is bustling with students from the nearby University of Agriculture and Technology, nearby company employees, and construction workers. (I've never queued though). The owner looks like a surfer and seems stern, but when you talk to him, he's like a very friendly and kind middle-aged man. Students from the University of Agriculture and Technology get special treatment like free large portions. Regular ramen is 700 yen, but since the chashu is very delicious, I always order the chashu ramen for 1000 yen. There are 4 slices of chashu, is there any shop where you can eat chashu ramen for 1000 yen these days? You can choose from 3 types of noodles: thick, thin, and hand-kneaded, and then you are asked if you want back fat or not. Thick and hand-kneaded noodles are also delicious, but thin noodles feel like old-fashioned Chinese noodles and are the best. (This is a preference). The non-chemical seasoning soup matches the noodles and chashu perfectly. I'm originally a small eater, but it's also very good that I don't feel heavy after eating chashu ramen. The atmosphere is a very local and homey shop, but I think the ramen itself would be a queue-inevitable shop if it were in front of the station. (The owner and regulars probably wouldn't want that). Also, the owner announces daily ramen on X almost every day, and it's interesting that there are a lot of variations such as mazesoba, tsukemen, Taiwan ramen, etc. It's a shop I've been frequenting lately.
