I’ve visited this hot pot restaurant many times. The staff are friendly and usually respond quickly, and the ingredients are generally fresh with very few missing items. However, during one visit on Mother’s Day weekend, the food arrived extremely slowly. Halfway through the meal, we were left with only the soup base on the table and nothing to cook, which was quite awkward. Perhaps they were unusually busy that day, but my family and children were very disappointed with the experience. I hope they can improve their service speed and efficiency during peak hours.

Soon, "Sushi/Shabu-shabu Yuzu-an Edogawa Funabori" seems to be opening on December 10th. Is the building in the final stages? It seems to be a shop that provides sushi, shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, tempura, and even sweets with "all-you-can-eat", and it seems there is lunch too, so I will try to go after it opens. Around here, there are not many restaurants that families can visit, so I'm looking forward to it.

For those who have been to other Yuzu-an, I recommend not going. Anyway, the serving speed is abnormal. Even though it's a shabu-shabu shop, it takes 30 minutes for the meat to arrive. The staff doesn't rush, there's not a single word like "sorry for the delay", and they just put it down as if it's natural. It seems that dishwashing is not catching up either, dishes are piled up on the table visible from the entrance, and about once every 20 minutes it falls with a loud noise. Staff's voice is too loud for no reason. Only their energy is good. Yuzu-an, I really like it, I look forward to going occasionally, it was my favorite, but because of the Funabori branch, I feel like I've had enough for a while.

Because it's new, I made a reservation and went early. The store is clean and the staff is agile and the service is good. It was delicious. Rice was better than a certain shabu-shabu shop
