Visited for dinner. No customers on a holiday evening. For some reason, there was a dirty exercise push-up bar in the kitchen…… The dishes, plating, and quantity of ingredients each felt “home-like” in a bad way, making for a poor experience. The wine by the glass was also scant, and the glass thick, so it didn't feel like a place for enjoying drinks either. Perhaps it's better visited for lunch.

A somewhat cramped, counter-only place. After trying their supposedly world's-best chiffon cake, I thought I had to try the restaurant's food at least once, so I came. Ohh, nice appetizer, and the Genovese soup is delicious too. The wide pasta has quite a bite; rather than springy, it's seriously chewy. Come to think of it, they were kneading it after I ordered, meow. It's tasty, but even an old man with little time left like me wants a bit more. A large-portion option would be nice. Next time I'll pick a quiet moment and try a course. And of course, chiffon cake to take home💖

A place with an appealing, original menu that makes you want to return! It's been on 蔵前橋通り for ages and always intrigued me, so I finally visited. The atmospheric interior has 8 counter seats. The menu is listed only on a board, with a simple selection, but the unusual pasta combinations made choosing difficult. 龍根と山椒を練り込んだ自家製サルシッチャのスパゲッティ 1500円 The homemade salsiccia was truly delicious! Next time I'd like to come with someone, share, and try 3 kinds🤤

2025/5/13 Lunch I went to see the poppies at 平井運動公園. Found this restaurant while searching Googleマップ for lunch. It's roughly halfway between 平井駅 and the sports park and was easy to find. The interior is narrow and long, with only 8 counter seats. There's a handwritten menu at the entrance, but it doesn't list every dish. Inside, a handwritten blackboard menu has 10 choices from 1,500円 to 2,000円, including salad and a drink. I later discovered menu details on the blog and regretted not checking beforehand. They seem committed to seasonal ingredients, serving dishes using whatever tastes best at that time. You can try things you don't normally eat, such as white eggplant, white melon, seasoned soaked beans, and lemon paste. After some indecision, I chose a dish I'd never heard of. 【ザンポーネ風燻製肉の黒いタリアテッレ】A dish using pig's feet, which also seemed to contain smoked homemade salsiccia. The black flat pasta uses black cocoa; I learned the details afterward on the blog. The salad served first contains various vegetables prepared with care and ingenuity. Enjoyable in texture, flavor, and appearance, generously portioned and delicious. The onion soup in a demitasse was tasty too, but far too little to satisfy. The tagliatelle seemed to be made on the spot. Personally, I found the seasoning quite salty. The main ingredients were smoked salsiccia and pig's feet, but the quantity felt insufficient. The iced tea also came in a small vessel like a soba dipping cup and felt insufficient, though it had a proper tea flavor. I wished I'd checked the blog and researched the dishes before visiting. I wanted the entrance menu to list everything rather than excerpts. A place where you can enjoy unfamiliar ingredients and sense the chef's dedication to making seasonal ingredients delicious.

Visited with my daughter. The taste and sense of style were outstanding. Delicately seasoned pasta sauces and exciting, innovative dishes using seasonal ingredients. Hats off to the owner's imagination and intelligence! This quality would cost tens of thousands in 恵比寿. I was amazed by this quality at this price. Definitely want to return. Every vegetable in the appetizer was prepared with such care—impressive! I'd love to fully enjoy a full course showcasing the owner's world without restraint. Took chiffon cake home when leaving. The chiffon cake was wonderfully eggy, with a rich egg flavor, and delicious. Thank you for the meal.
