I lived next doors for 1 year, and when I didn't have the strength to cook myself I always went here. The have good service and are really friendly. The food I ate all tasted good above average. So if you are near I recommend you try it.

The lunch served until 14:00 has a half & half set for ¥600, super cheap!! I wanted fried rice too, but chose the half-size shoyu tamagodon, which I'd never seen anywhere else. The rice bowl has a slightly sweet soy sauce flavor, with what feels like the egg topping from tenshinhan on top. So good, so good! The half ramen has pork belly instead of roast pork, which adds great flavor to the broth. It's light yet rich and delicious. There are quite a few good Chinese places scattered around Shinozaki.

This is a Showa-era Japanese-style neighborhood Chinese restaurant in a residential area quite far west of Shinozaki Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. I visited for lunch on March 14 and had ramen with half-size fried rice for ¥850. The half-size fried rice was exactly the kind you'd expect at a Japanese-style neighborhood Chinese restaurant, but the ramen was a little unusual: small pieces of pork instead of chashu, with bean sprouts, cabbage, wakame, and chopped green onions. The noodles and broth had that old-fashioned ramen feel and were delicious.

I came because I wanted to try all the Chinese places around here. The place looked like it could seat about 15 people, and they had both set meals and drinks. This time I ordered the sweet-and-spicy chicken and vegetable stir-fry set for 800円. As someone who likes sweet-and-sour pork, the seasoning was perfect for me. But... the soup wasn't quite to my taste, so it was "➖⭐️one star"。。 They also had lunch menus starting at 600円, which I thought was good.

It was my first time going in, but the place felt nostalgic. Mom handles the dining room, while quiet Dad does the cooking. I ordered the fried rice and half ramen set. The ramen had thin noodles, pork belly❔ instead of chashu, and wakame. It was delicious~👍 The fried rice was just right too❗ A place I'd like to visit again.
