One of our favorite restaurants in the area! The food presentation is so thoughtful and beautifully done. The open kitchen lets you watch the chef cook with passion—everything looks delicate and very clean. While there’s sometimes a wait for seating, it’s definitely worth it. The hamburger is juicy and full of flavor, served with pickles and soup. My personal favorite is the hamburger in braised beef soup, but I’ve also tried the hamburger with avocado sauce, which is delicious too! It’s hard to choose a favorite, so I’m excited to try more dishes next time.

Delicious! I'm not the type to eat hamburgers out because I think they taste better when I make them myself, but I was curious about the stewed hamburger here. Delicious! First of all, the hamburger doesn't rely on softness or fat, it's exquisite. The overflowing demi-glace sauce alone makes the rice go down well! It's a popular shop, but the staff is polite and friendly. The rice is also delicious. Wonderful 👍

There are counter seats, and the atmosphere is easy to enter even for one person. I had the soup hamburger, and it was very delicious with lots of flavor. I was happy to be able to choose the amount of rice, and this time I ordered a large portion and was very satisfied.
