I came for a family meal. Perhaps because of the typhoon, there were only a few customers despite it being Friday night. They said they had kawahagi, so I turned a blind eye to the price and ordered it. It had been a while since I'd had it, but the liver was ridiculously delicious😋 This was my second visit, and everything here tastes great. Lunch looks like good value too, so I'd like to try it next time. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI heard they had charcoal-grilled fugu, so I went just after opening on a weekday. Looking at the menu, fugu courses seemed to be the main offering, but I ordered à la carte. I tried various dishes, but nothing was particularly delicious; it was completely ordinary for the high prices. Also, the restaurant was incredibly noisy, probably because of the poor seating layout and the lattice doors around the tatami seating. It was the wrong place for a leisurely meal alone. The food and drink selections are both rather limited, so it's not suited to drinking alone. I realized this is a place to eat a fugu course with a large group.
View on GoogleI'd been curious about this restaurant for a long time. On my previous visit, it was full, so I couldn't get in. This time I made a reservation in advance. I came for dinner and enjoyed satisfying food from a wide selection at reasonable prices. Almost all the seating is semi-private, and the place felt clean and comfortable. It's a restaurant I'd like to visit again.
View on GoogleI came for lunch. There were so many dishes, and every one was delicious, so I was very satisfied. The kaki furai and ume mochi tonkatsu in particular were fried just perfectly. The chawanmushi had a gentle flavor that suited my taste too. There is also horigotatsu seating, so I can recommend it to people with children.
View on GoogleI've only been for lunch so far, but the selection is huge and the prices are reasonable. I had the 1,000円 舟庵御膳, but it felt like little tastes of this and that, leaving the focus a bit unclear. The kushikatsu filling was almost entirely onion, and since katsu is their specialty, I thought a katsu-centered menu item might be better〜. The seating mainly consists of tables for 4 and tightly packed raised-floor seating, like a countryside set-meal restaurant, so there's a strong chance of sharing a table at lunch. The evening fugu menu isn't as expensive as I expected either, so it seems safe to go without worrying. A good restaurant loved by elderly locals.
