Revisited October 2025 Shogayaki rice Revisit Crispy fried yakisoba & small rice It's pretty far from the station, but it's a neighborhood Chinese place with really good value And “Machi Chuka de Yarouze” came here too! There were autographed boards and a poster inside It opens at 11:30, but opening 10 minutes late is an everyday thing A family-run Chinese restaurant where the wife skillfully steers the ship (the husband and grandpa get scolded lol). My favorite is the fried yakisoba, which looks amazing, with thick, crispy noodles Basically every dish comes as a huge portion even without upsizing, so be careful—if you get a large it'll be a lot. I add photos every time I revisit. Cantonese noodles Chicken rice Gomoku soba Stir-fried bean sprouts Shogayaki Stir-fried meat and vegetables Fried rice
View on GoogleI was craving a simple ramen from a neighborhood Chinese place, so I stopped by while out for a walk. The ramen that came out was exactly the ideal bowl my body was craving♪ A generous, perfectly seasoned broth with wavy noodles cooked just right. Plus a generous helping of menma and colorful naruto. The chashu is rolled pork belly, full of umami. And the clincher: just 450 yen a bowl! So good, so cheap♪
View on GoogleA downtown Chinese restaurant that was once featured on “Machi Chuka de Yarouze”. The interior had a somehow nostalgic atmosphere. Every dish was generously portioned and tasted perfect! And super cheap!! (Are they even making a profit?) I had it with their famous Hoppy, which comes with a crazy amount of shochu. The staff and regulars were all friendly, and I had a great time! Totally satisfied & full. Thanks for the meal!
View on GoogleA long-established neighborhood Chinese place in a residential area, with two 4-seat tables and 7 counter seats, that also does delivery. No greeting when I came in, same for the next customer, and no water came out either—very disappointing. I ordered tanmen for 600 yen: thin noodles with cabbage, carrots, garlic chives, bean sprouts, and pork. It was my least favorite kind of tanmen: too much black pepper, and the vegetables are simmered.
View on GoogleI've ordered delivery from them before, but this was my first time eating in. When I called the staff, she answered and then vanished somewhere... Not being used to the place, we were at a loss and ordered from the older man. The older lady came back and took our order normally, but sorry. I thought maybe she was unfriendly, but judging from how they talked among themselves it didn't seem that way, so I was relieved. I usually get ramen, but I tried the mapo noodles. The mapo tofu wasn't too greasy, was full of umami, and was delicious.
