Very delicious tan tan ramen. The meal set is quite good, with the soft boiled eggs and a choice of side dish; the aburi rice was great!

View on GoogleI used it for lunch. I often use other branches too, but Kitakata Ramen is consistently delicious. Even though it's light, it has a solid richness, and it goes perfectly with the chewy noodles. I think this is a ramen I wouldn't get tired of even if I ate it every day. The standard menu is great, but I also look forward to the limited-time menus every time, and I end up being curious and ordering them. This time I used it for lunch, and the satisfaction was as high as ever. The staff's service is also polite, and it's a happy point that I can eat comfortably. I'd like to stop by again if I'm nearby.
View on GoogleTime for the consistent Kitakata Ramen!! This drinker had 4 highballs and nibbled on menma 😚 I tried tsukemen for the first time, which I always hesitated to order! This was actually okay, I thought it was better than I expected, but for me, it was salty... I like the taste, but since tsukemen has an image of being hearty, I think tastes might differ... I've also been to the affiliated Kitakata Ramen nearby, but why is it so different? I often wonder. Koiwa is really delicious 😆 I won't cheat on other places, I'll go to Koiwa lol
View on GoogleA Kitakata Ramen shop on Flower Road at Koiwa Station. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. As of February 2025, the area is being developed, shops around it are changing, and there's a new atmosphere with apartments, etc. Kitakata Ramen can be eaten lightly in a market dominated by rich (kotteri) flavors. It's soy sauce-based, but there are also miso and salt flavors. Here, the chashu feels a bit thinner, but the taste is delicious and goes well with the ramen. If you order a ramen and fried rice set, you get a seasoned egg. It's soft-boiled and looks delicious. Since I don't like boiled eggs, my daughter enjoyed it. The gyoza and fried rice were delicious as expected. Shoyu ramen is easy to eat, so I sometimes really crave it, and even as I get older, I can always enjoy it. Since they haven't introduced tablets etc., you can communicate with the shop staff. It's easy to enter alone, and I think it's also good to have some alcohol with it. I also had a little bit of the salt and miso from my dining companion, and they were delicious without being overpowering. The spicy types like green onion ramen also looked delicious. There's a tonkotsu ramen shop next door, so I think it's fun to compare them.
