A yakiniku restaurant just a short walk from Kasai Station. All the charcoal-grilled meat is fragrant, and staples such as jo-mino, harami, and wagyu kalbi are high quality. The jo-mino and marucho in particular are juicier than their prices suggest, making them a treat for offal lovers too. The popular “heaping cabbage salad” is refreshing with its homemade lemon-flavored dressing. The renovated interior has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are kind, with thoughtful attention to grilling timing and changing the grill mesh. Along with good value, it's comfortable and perfect for lively yakiniku meals with family or friends. Korean-style dishes such as yukgaejang noodles are also recommended to finish.
View on GoogleWent on Friday night. We got in right away, but it filled up quickly, so reservations are recommended. All the meat was delicious. I also ordered kalbi gukbap. The large serving was just the right amount.
View on GoogleThe offal was delicious, but the actual meat, which mattered most, only tasted worth its price and didn't exceed expectations. A mass-market taste. Especially the lean meat. I wish the staff had been a little friendlier.
View on GoogleI happened to be staying nearby and stumbled across this restaurant while wandering around. The sign looked beautiful, so I went up to take a look; it's on the second floor. The staff seemed eager to provide good service, though we were a little confused because of the language barrier. After looking through the menu with Google Translate, we managed to order. The beef was really, really, really good, both the mid-range and premium options. But my favorite was the beef yukhoe. Another dish was the special tongue yukhoe, whose flavor left me a little confused. This is another restaurant I'd recommend.
View on GoogleAfter working in Kasai, I thought, it's meat day! So I stopped by. The signature shredded cabbage salad was surprisingly tall. There's a huge amount. The meat was delicious too, and I ordered various things. Nothing disappointed! I personally like chijimi too, so I ordered it, but it was far too spicy…
