Stopped by while on a walk. It was before noon on a Sunday so it was empty, but judging by the number of bottle-keep bottles, it looks busy at night. I ordered the vegetable spicy tanmen and half fried rice set. The spicy tanmen was hot enough to satisfy even me, a spice lover. A neighborhood Chinese place I want to come back to.
View on GoogleHighly recommend the mapo tofu set meal—plenty of Sichuan pepper, very spicy and delicious. The almond tofu is homemade too, rich in flavor and refreshing. Looking forward to working my way through the other set meals next time.
View on GoogleA neighborhood Chinese place. The outside looks a bit run-down, but inside it was normal. I had the mapo tofu noodles—pleasantly spicy, with firm noodles, delicious. Also, the almond tofu dessert was unexpectedly tasty!
View on GoogleAn illegal establishment that just lets customers smoke and has no smoking sign. There are even kids in here. The noodles are yellowish wavy noodles, rare for a Chinese place, and tasty. You'd think it's a neighborhood Chinese place, but the seasoning is Chinese-style, and it makes you expect the other dishes are good too, so the smoking problem is a real shame.
View on GoogleIt's been a while since I visited, but it used to be cheap and really delicious, so I came often when I had work nearby. The taste seemed to have slipped a little, but I enjoyed it; the prices had gone up, which I guess can't be helped.
