It is located at the ground floor of Funabori tower which makes it a convenient location. It's open and spacious. Desserts and coffee and good enough. Their seasonal items are good. Some days service is not up to the mark. Today I could have good coffee and good service.

When I visited after a long time, the drinks were being served in plastic cups. It felt like a takeaway drink, which was very disappointing. I had often seen notices saying they were short-staffed, but there seemed to be 3 people, the same as before. Are the plastic cups meant to reduce washing up because they are short-staffed? The staff member who is always chatting and the woman with the overbearing service were unchanged too. They were talking loudly enough to be heard throughout the shop: “We put up a notice because we don't have thousand-yen notes for change, but it's doing no good at all!” Was that deliberate? Was it a warning to customers about to pay? I do not think people go out of their way to exchange money at a restaurant. They simply pay and receive change because they do not have smaller denominations.

Visited because a business contact specified this place. 700円 for iced coffee in a plastic cup felt a little expensive. The staff were just as the reviews described too. Thank you.
