About a ５-minute walk from 平井駅? A yakitori place in a slightly awkward spot along 蔵前橋通り, at the intersection with the new road before 平井大橋. Yakitori for 50円 is incredibly cheap, but drinks are normally priced, or personally felt a little expensive. What's amazing, though, is that it's open until morning. It's close to home, so I'll drop by late at night next time. Thank you for the meal!

The staff's attitude was awful. I entered around 20:00 on a weekday and asked before ordering whether I could use a coupon. They said, “That's the previous company.” The coupon only had the restaurant's name, so I had no way of knowing that. When I tried to order 6 thigh skewers, they bluntly said, “Don't have that many.” I asked how many I could order, was told 3, and ordered them. We don't know their stock, so at least they should say, “We have 3 left today.” (Given their closing time, I also wondered how thigh could be sold out at that hour…) Working alone may be difficult, but with such good yakitori and food, the awful attitude was extremely disappointing.

Other izakaya serve yakitori at 200〜300円 per skewer, so I feel I can't eat freely without worrying. Here, yakitori costs around 50〜90円 per skewer, so I can comfortably order different kinds—down-to-earth and much appreciated. Yet it tastes good and the portions are proper, making me want to keep ordering more. The service attitude is good too. Even when called during busy moments or given complicated, troublesome orders, they never look annoyed and respond cheerfully with a smile. After payment, they even come to the entrance to see you off. A place I want to visit again and again.
