An amazing restaurant, rare find on this island, operated by two elderly women located deep within the forest. It can be somewhat difficult to locate, don't rely solely on Google Maps (that's completely wrong way), take the small narrow road, notice the walking road suggestion on attached image instead. Call ahead for reservations so the elderly ladies have enough time to prepare and cook.

Incredible restaurant run by a couple of elderly ladies deep in the forest. A bit hard to find (Don't trust Google maps and follow the yellow signs). Call ahead for reservations to give the elderly ladies time to prep and cook.

This doesn’t feel like a restaurant. You feel invited into a beautiful calm space run by a lovely lady in her 80’s, and served delicious curries on her homemade ceramics. A highlight of the island.

What a wonderful place 💛 we had a great lunch, some cake and chai tea. The lady who runs this place cooks the dishes herself with local and seasonal ingredients which make the dishes even more enjoyable.

Our hotel operator made reservations for us the day before. Google will get you to the turn off with a yellow sign - go straight until the end! Road does get very narrow so slow down! We had the curry set and it was very good with a nice blend of flavors. Restaurant in a cute house- take shoes off when entering- slippers on your left. Pizza was good. Everything was homemade by friendly grandmas. We enjoyed our lunch!
