Sushi is quite tasty and standard(well, most sushi shops in Japan are delicious due to raw material freshness). Please avoid lunch time. I had to wait almost an hour. If it was not because my friend would like to come so badly, I would have gone to other restaurant.
View on Google🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable, Traditional Edomae Masterclass! My wife and I had an absolutely spectacular dinner at Yoshino Sushi Honten tonight to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and it completely blew us away! As a historic 140-year-old institution, they honor true Edomae traditions perfectly, right down to their unique, incredibly savory sugar-free red vinegar rice (shari). Even though there were no English speakers at the counter, the chefs displayed the absolute gold standard of Japanese hospitality. They were exceptionally accommodating with our custom preferences, flawlessly ensuring my wife’s pieces were completely wasabi-free while mine were prepared normally. Every single piece of sushi was outstanding. The Toro (fatty tuna) was rich and buttery, the Tai (sea bream) was clean and pristine, and the warm Anago (sea eel) literally dissolved on our palates. The Akami, Kuruma Ebi, and their famous traditional Tamago were equally flawless. This was a respectful, delicious, and unforgettable culinary experience. Highest possible recommendation!
View on GoogleGreat traditional sushi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter recommended a sushi set for 4400 yen which was great. Other additional prices were 400-900 yen depending on the variety. The prices were all very transparent and on the menu in English.
View on GoogleEnglish is hardly spoken here. A Japanese speaking friend ordered a table and a menu there. Despite the language barriers, the service was very attentive and tried to explain to us via pictures (searched on Google) what we ate. The food was very good, really pur and fresh.
View on GoogleA classic taste of Nihonbashi history—Yoshino Sushi Honten serves authentic, no-nonsense Edomae sushi with perfectly seasoned red-vinegar rice that honors a 140-year legacy.
