Very thick soup base but absolutely delicious and flavorful. The noodles and toppings are made perfectly. Very friendly service and helpful to foreigners! Limited seats inside, so you have to wait outside until someone finishes and leaves. You order your meal with cash through the ticket machine on the left and then sit down and place your ticket on the top counter for the chefs. Machine only takes smaller bills (1000) and coins but restaurant was nice enough to provide exchange for big bills.

The shouyu ramen soup base is exceptionally thick like a stew but very tasty. I enjoyed it. The only observation is that the soup base is so thick that in the middle, you can't really taste it anymore. I am keen to try their other noodles.

It wasn’t anything special for the price. The broth is tasty but nothing mind blowing. The tomato does not match the ramen. The meat was ok, it didn’t melt un my mouth as others did. Unfortunately the noodles were sticking together a little bit. Very heavy ramen. Overall it was fine but I will not repeat.

The food is tasty, however the place has serious problems with sanitary rules. The chef-woman was touching everything in her working gloves - the money, herself, the stationary and the food!

Chicken ramen good, i try the Taiwan Dry noodle here , you can also get some side dish
