I found the service quite cold…it was the only time during my whole trip to Japan when i didn’t feel genuinely welcomed. Everything felt a little “off.” I don’t know if I happened to arrive during a shift change, but I got a feeling that they were in a rush, maybe. I didn’t feel that characteristic Japanese attention to detail and hospitality…it was more like a “go, go, go, next…” kind of vibe. It could have just been my impression, of course, but that’s how I felt. The location is excellent, the place is clean and pleasant, the view is nice and the desserts are delicious!! The strawberry shortcake was probably the most well balanced one i’ve ever had in terms of flavor, absolutely amazing!! The lemon tart also stood out, especially because of its unique flavor. I’m guessing it was the type of lemon they used. The drinks were okay. And that was pretty much it. Unfortunately, it didn’t leave much of an impression on me :(
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience at Wako Ginza Annex Tea Salon. The treats were incredibly tasty, and the ice cream was especially delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly satisfying. They also offer a large selection of chocolates, making it a great spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. What really stood out was the service. The ladies at the counter were both helpful and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy high-quality desserts in Tokyo.
View on GoogleWAKO Ginza Annex Tea Salon provides a high end and professional experience. The desserts are high quality and well balanced without being overly sweet. The coffee is excellent and the service includes a detailed presentation of both the beverages and the dishes. The atmosphere is refined and reflects a premium standard of hospitality in the heart of Ginza
View on Google***High end brunch and cake store*** This strawberry cake was very moist and has become one of my favorite cake shops. The crème was very light in texture and lightly sweetened. The strawberries had good balance of sweetness and tartness. The size of the cake is smaller than what you would get at other comparable cake shops but overall it is worth its price. The space over the cake display area is the dining area. The menu offered multiple options with both the cakes displayed downstairs as well as parfaits, brunch items and tea options. You won’t feel pressured to eat and leave. This is a good place to eat as a group. Visit: 1
View on GoogleVery good chocolate paired with great-tasting coffee and perfectly brewed tea. The presentation was lovely, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was charming — right in the heart of Ginza with a nice street view. We also ordered four pieces of chocolate: pistachio, almond flakes, salted caramel, and dark — all were delicious. We really enjoyed our time there.
