Saw the sign on the street and thought it was worth a go for an early lunch. The miso ramen and fried rice hit the spot, what a perfect start to our Japan visit with the ambience to match. The lady was so lovely and patient with our ordering

A cosy little ramen restaurant hidden from plain sight on this narrow street. It is quite simple, yet offers a reasonably wide range of options. There is no vending machine order system, but the some of the staff members seem to speak a bit of English, so it's not too difficult to order. The prices are very reasonable as well, so I absolutely recommend a visit if you're in the neighbourhood. You can even choose a serving size, but I believe even the medium option is more than enough for most people.

Avoid this place if you are a foreigner. My wife and I tried eating at this place on a Friday night due to the decent ratings on Google. However, we were swiftly kicked out by the people inside when we tried to enter. After we were kicked out we could hear the people inside mockingly saying sorry in English and laughing.
