Wine bar

We are a neighborhood community bar chain operating within Tokyo's 23 wards. We serve French-based tapas that we call DELI, everyday wines, and carefully selected beer and coffee. There is no cover charge, so feel free to stop by for even just 1 drink.

They're open in style even on Saturdays, so it's the perfect choice when going with a girl. Plenty of the familiar crowd from 茅場町vivo are here too, so it's all good.

Their attitude toward regulars and first-time customers is so different that I wondered whether newcomers were unwelcome. Smiles for regulars, coldness for first-time customers. The difference was so blatant that I was shocked. It was extremely uncomfortable, and I have absolutely no desire to return. To keep more people from having the same experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering a first visit not go.
