We came here at 8 and saw a long line. We were told that the last order taken is 8:30 so even if we are in the line, there's a chance that we won't be served. But it worked out ok. The restaurant is in the basement and is hard to follow the google map direction to find the entrance to the basement (there's a Starbucks next to it in the basement if that helps). We ordered Inaniwa udon hot set 1 & 5. The tempura was disappointed because it's oily and not fluffy crunchy. The noodles are ok with bland soup. I found this surprising because all the udon, ramen we are the broth is always salty.

We came here for a quick bite after checking into our hotel. It’s a block away from our hotel. We both had the meshi, my husband had the cold dipping one and I had the hot udon. I don’t like cold noddle but I really enjoyed this. Tempura are ok not the best, it taste like they been sitting out too long. They have English menu and drink menu as well. If you ate in the area want a quick bite I say try it but don’t need make a special trip to this place.

The food was great but the menu was a bit confusing. For girls who can barely finish a bowl of rice, get the small size of the meal. As the udon comes with half bowl of rice.

It was a fun experience dining and not be judged for (or under chef scrutiny) how we eat our udon with all the interesting toppings. Udon and tempura was def good. Not to die for , just good quality overall Love the black bean tea that they served too. Queued 1hr 45min on a bank holiday - wldnt recommend that. If it’s less than 30mins queue , that’s fine

For the price, it’s not too expensive and it’s really tasty! I don’t understand why some reviews say the noodles are not as good but I can eat two portions of the cold noodles! I prefer the noodles over the rice bowl! Maybe part of the reason why I liked the noodles was because of all the side dishes that came with it. When you put together these small dishes and slurp those noodles it’s just delightful! I would come back here again. One of the side dishes is soft boiled egg so you can put it in your soup or rice. All in all when you eat it all together it’s really satisfying:)
