Very professional and friendly staff. ! They are always accommodating and provide good vegetarian options( please ask the staff).The food is consistently delicious, and I really enjoy the warm and welcoming ambience. I usually visit for lunch and occasionally for dinner with customers, and the experience has always been excellent.

The food and wine was good. The service was not. They took the order and straight away I new they was going to be getting it wrong. So if the waitress repeated the order back which is the normal, none of the below issues may have happened. Two seconds later they came back to check the drinks order they had just taken. 3 mistakes on the food order. 1 item not delivered and 2 items incorrect.

Every other restaurant in the building was full except this one, but we found out why. The food was overpriced with small portions and didn’t even taste good. The waiter had to come back twice to check our order but still got it wrong several times. Would recommend to go somewhere else.

Great music, the steak was so juicy and delicious. The chips were perfectly seasoned and were crispy. The waiters were nice and were great to chat to.

My husband and I came here for a lunch and were pleasantly surprised to experience the kind of quality we were shown at this restaurant. The food was delicious, but more importantly, our server, (Kiara, I think?), was informed, attentive, and at least bilingual. Her English was phenomenal and her Japanese was similarly well developed - the ability to speak both our native tongues was both convenient and surprising.
