Queued for about an hour in the rain to eat at this standing sushi bar and it was worth every minute. Everything tasted delicious, the chef was friendly and did his best to converse with us, and it was really great value considering the quality pieces of fresh seafood we ate. Note that as this is a standing sushi bar with long lines and not a place for longer social meals, they expect you to eat each piece fresh and finish up relatively quickly.

Randomly found this place as we were walking in the area and would HIGHLY recommend. Amazing value and quality for what you pay. Lunch sets are amazingly priced and delicious. Ended up having lunch here three times during our stay. 12 seats and standing only but great atmosphere in the room as the sushi chefs really put on a show and work fast. There can be a wait, sign up sheet right outside the doors.

They are not temporary closed. They relocated to the other side of the street near the starbucks, its on google maps as Standing Sushi Bar. And its amazing as always.

We came early before the store is opened and the queue is already more than 15. We have to wait for more than an hour but it's all worth the effort. Fresh sushi, reasonable price and the chef is so friendly. We love all the variants. Just ask for lunch set so you can try a bit of everything and you don't need to explain, especially if you're foreigner. And dont forget to put your name on the waiting list in front of the store otherwise all your waiting will be a waste
