Fresh, Lively, and Full of Skill" Located on a lively corner of the Tsukiji market, this place has a vibrant atmosphere with young and skilled sushi chefs. They offer a reasonable range of options from about 300 to 1,000 yen. The chefs not only know every detail about the fish they serve but also share their knowledge in an engaging and friendly way. I especially enjoyed learning about ingredients like ikageso and kaihimo, which they prepared with care and explained in detail. You can’t go wrong by asking for the chef’s daily recommendations or the fish/sake of the day — they’re always spot on!

For those who need the menu, we had good value here. The lunch set is exactly as you see in the picture, same for the takumi set. Only the omakase menu might change in items. We really enjoyed the hot sake. You can do a la carte but the set is better value as long as you're more open minded with your sushi. We spent 8500 jpy here for 2 bottles of hot sake, 2 lunch set, and 2 fatty tuna, 1 mackerel, 1 scallop add on.

Gawd we loved this place. We were looking for a restaurant in the fish markets that “just jumped out at us.” This was it. My wife loves Japanese food and I’m a recent convert but the dish that was served to us was a Masterclass in fresh seafood. Great food prepared in front of us. Happy atmosphere. Friendly service. Loved it.
